This round we are making two types of sourdough steam buns at once. One is without filling, and another is with fillings. For the fillings we decided to cook chicken together with mushroom and some boiled eggs. Alternatively, you can add your preferred ingredients.

How to feed sourdough starter in Malaysia?
I am new to sourdough. This looks simple for me to try out my new starter that I made from scratch. Thank you for your recipe.❤
Great, enjoy your sourdough journey I have developed my starter in the last 7 years ago and started baking sourdough bread.
Nincs kint hogy milyen fajta rizs és azt mennyi víz van rajta mennyi ideig fő stb..
I thought it was combining oranges with sweet potatoes. but I see they just meant the color of the sweet potato itself. but now I am curious if instead of mixing the sweet potato into the dough if perhaps you kept the sweet potato separate from the sour dough. and you also added orange to it.
Interesting combination, oranges steam bun with potato spread.
The texture of your dough looks so soft. Mine is very dense. Please advice. Tq.
Very ugly steam buns. Dun show. no face
No sound
I made steamed buns and they ended up becoming like croissants because I had to bake them for them to be edible. I don't know what I did wrong. Maybe I should not have made them with an enriched dough. They came out like rubber hockey pucks and were only saved by the oven
You show the beginning. What to do after that? How many times to feed for how long?
These look and sound yummy! Question, when do you add the sugar? Does it go in at the same time as the starter, egg, salt and flour?
