My fiancee is from Tura, Meghalaya. I've been to Meghalaya many many times. I can tell you Meghalaya is one of most beautiful state in the country. People are nice, great food (Pork dishes, Chicken Khappa) and cheap alcohol. I made few friends in Meghalaya so i get to see some amazing offbeat places that outsiders dont actually visit. Like Balpakram National Park
Believe me Guys Meghalaya is more than beautiful what i expected. So lovely and i wish i can see the cherry Blossom🍒 ,i first got to know about it on twitter. "Meghalaya" Abode of the clouds A beautiful land Of which we are proud With wooded hills And splashing streams With fragrant pines It is a land of dreams A rich culture A proud history A land of fables and mystery A wonderful mixture of old & new Meghalaya we all love you
Bro do visit to cherapunji next. It's close to shillong. Don't miss that place. That place used to be the capital of India for britishers earlier. The landscape of the place is completely different of indian landscape. Just amazing and there is a also a 7 sister waterfall there
There are small mountains compared to himachal or kashmir or nepal ones. That place was easy to capture so the Britishers could only reach there and spread there culture more over there. Please visit cherapunji. I miss seeing that place again
Seriously man! Your videos are turning out to be a blessing for me. I will be visiting all these places in end of this month. And I am making my checklist from this. After watching this videos surely I will be adding another layer of warm cloths in it.
@19:00 Oh Pierre! The little teal pool and stream on the top were as enchanting as the waterfall! So delightful! I also want to thank the wonderful people who decided to build the stairs all the way down to the captivating, hidden waterfall. The off-roading reminded me of your scooter ride in Thailand when you and Saliha fell down. I am happy, no such adventures here, the unpaved path was kind to you. But why didn't you film while climbing the stairs back up or while making it back to the main road? Did you struggle due to your leg? Your longer, candid vlogs are a lot of fun too! Don't abandon that format, please.
I watched your 1st meghalaya series and than started watching your other videos from nepal , bihar , west bengal series and baam now your dropped the 2nd meghalaya series . . Yay excited .
Waiting for the next vlog. I had been following many foreign vloggers who explored India. But most of them missed seven sisters of North East India. It's really nice to see you exploring those states. Lush green and serene landscapes and peaceful and clean surroundings will make them a major tourist destination of India in near future. Love from Kerala to our North East sisters. Hope you will visit my state as well.
Brother you have reached laitlum then I would suggest you should go beyond laitlum to Nongjrong where you can experience the sea of cloud!! Don't miss it

I've been waiting for this video since you got that surgery in Chandigarh, i have commented that you should visit Meghalaya and at last you did! Thank you and welcome to my state Frenchy
Thats a real problem in india, India could be a tourist heaven if it is maintained and uncorrupted, many places are neglected and maintained poorly, hope things will get better and not worse.
Its not a problem guyz.., India is huge, still we have great places in all states which are unexplored. People are just started exploring.. let us wait and see..
Didnt realise there was another Sumit from Australia(Sydney) as I am the other Sumit in Perth,Western Australia.I will be visiting shillong(where I was born) in April for a month after 3 years.

India is so diverse and great, that sometimes when watching such great vlogs we as Indian think that even we haven't explored or new our India. Some want to go to Europe , Us to visit, but here is so much to visit. Its sad at the same time as well that our governement till now had never created these as a tourist spots or a well tracking spots.
Modi govt has been developing the North eastern states by creating infrastructure, also promoting tourism within India. People should also contribute to the economy by visiting different places within the country instead of spending money on touring countries like Turkey.
@@ivak4802 true. Indian govt along with Japan govt are focusing on infra of northeast and Andaman and Nicober islands. Northeast has many type tribals and different traditions. The reason is that the people who engineer the Dam in Shillong from the early days were from japan 😁
Could tell that lake was because of a dam, due to submerged feel.
