A biker youtuber Nora covered the NE some years ago. She rode from Europe thru South India then into NE entered Burma, Thailand & finally into Indonesia.

Approximately 4000+ steps... Going down is easy but coming up, don't even ask...I couldn't even walk for 2days😅😅😅... But I enjoyed every moment... the water fall and the bridges are so beautiful... ❣

When I was there in the North East of India during eighties, it was scary to ride motor bike beyond Shillong, not because of any other threat, but NOT BEING SURE ABOUT any decent place being available to eat vegetarian food!! My understanding is Chiraapunji areas or on a platform that the Bangladesh side is down the cliff at 500m+ lower elevations?
Bro, I am Indo Canadian watching from Toronto. Your videos make me happy and sad at the same time. Happy because love the nature and see the places in my homeland where I have never been. Sad because my heart aches for India. Hope you will travel to Kolkata, my hometown. Bengal villages are beautiful, but then all rural areas in India are beautiful in their own ways.
This one was perhaps of the favourite treks i have done so far! It tested my fitness for sure but what beautiful views. In fact Meghalaya is a paradise. Every corner is stunning. I will be exploring Arunachal next year and i am excited. North east is a beauty. I have visited Sikkim, Assam and Meghalaya and i think a part of me belong to NE.

But once they enter the NE , Arunachal Pradesh to be precise I have witnessed many moto vloggers crying 'cause of the slush, landslide, terrains, off road, lonely yet melancholic drive way.
