Nice work! I was thinking of maybe putting a coat of poly on the exposed wood in the back when I do mine. Might give an extra layer of insurance when they inevitably get wet.
Great work. I want to peel the vinyl off of my door cards and replace the hardboard with plywood. What is the thickness of the plywood on your new cards?

I flipped my interior latch handles pointing up, because my knee goes right there.
Is it necessary to remove the glass to apply the clips to the weather strip? thank you
