IF (more like when with recent interviews after DMCV) they make a DD2; this better be a vocation. Hell, just bring all the new vocations from DDO, and then add more. *edit* still disappointed in what we got; vocation wise, even if I do like DD2.
Capcom leaks today suggest a DD2 in the works. Personally? DDON was fun but I'd prefer they don't do an MMO (or any of the "live service" bs that's so popular today). Vocation wise, I'd like a brawler/monk class. Or maybe both. One more of a brutish pugilist, the other a refined martial artist with some magic sprinkled in.

easily could just use the new vocations here and from dd1(maybe minus the reduntant ones or maybe hybridizing some of them) then add like, four more. i think a katana/samurai class (for vergil moves), a brawler/wrestler class, a polearm class, and a whip class.

The power creep on the newer vocations hit the high mark here. You can charge your magic bars without even aggroing enemies and kill whole mobs without them even getting near you just by spamming magic. That's before you even get into the ludicrous telekinetic and teleporting sword skills. Compare this to something like Warrior or Hunter and the difference is glaring. Still great fun vocation though haha
Itsuno said his new project is under construction. If that is DD2 and they release it in Q2 2022 then they have 1.5 year to complete it. As much as I want to play DD2, i'd rather they take their time with it instead of rushing out with cut features like DD1.
@@r.jensen7662 personally, I'm hoping there's gonna be some progress on being able to host your own private server of ddon. While it's great fun with people (being an mmo), in the short time I played it it felt like an improvement on dark arisens' combat. Here's to hoping we'll be able to host our own servers and play it single player (with maybe some ways to make multiplayer content doable solo, as well as having access to all event items. Really wanna play a sorcerer while looking like ainz ooal gown with his staff!)

This Games Vocations will probably help form the Vocation for DD2, with how good they flow and how awesome they all look.
