Got my first ever albino Pac-Man frog today from Aquariums West! This is how I set up his bio active frog vivarium.

I do think you should get heating pads, the light can really hurt them. But otherwise, this is a great set up
Lighting is essential in a bioactive tank and it's the exception to the rule of no overhead heating for pacs. That being said, I've made a few changes to the tank since this video and I'll be doing a review soon of the Arcadia Deep Heat projector which emits no visible light!

Yeah, that’s why I plan to put my heater on one end of the tank not the bottom so there’s a warm and cool end
@Herpingkid101 among the frog groups I'm in the recommended method is to place a heating pad on the side of the tank or to heat the area with a space heater. Definitely don't place on the bottom. I use overhead heat though and I'm careful not to let my frog dry out :)
@@elliejones7767 That's perfect! Depending on tank size and ambient temperatures, some people need more than one heating pad to keep the temps up
I go to aquarium west all the time to get supplies for my animals !

Just realized you and I have the same enclosure. Instead I use the cage that u used for my snails. Anywaysss i really want to have a Pac-Man frog since they are fairly easy to take care of and I have everything I need.. good luck on your frog!!🤍
Edit: I recently got a baby chocolate fantasy Pac-Man! Took a little bit but I named him/her Melon!

I wanted a frog or a Guinea pig to I have Guinea pigs and they aren’t the best pets so holy should get a frog because if ou wanna go on trips whose gonna watch them? The also have health problems nearly every month :/

Yes absolutely! We've been MIA because the pandemic + other life stuff has been so stressful, BUT!!! I will be moving out in a few months and filming/editing/working on videos will become a priority again! Prince will be getting a huge new tank too!
The viv will need upgrading as pac man frogs should have a 60x45x30 viv

there is a lot of bad info in this video, they absolutely need water dishes to soak, overhead heating is always the better option and on any heat source you should us a thermostat.

It is! It's intended to be a grow out tank though I have to admit he's been in it longer than I would have liked. Baby Pac-Man frogs from the info I've gathered from other keepers, tend to eat better and feel more secure if they're not lost In a giant tank. I want to get a longer, custom tank made for him, but it seems like everything's on hold/shut down right now bc of the pandemic. It's even become a bit tricky to get his usual food (worms)... Hope you are doing well despite the crisis ❤️
