It is healthy per its very very expensive berries are not cheap...har koi afford nahi ker sakta likin skip kiya jasakta hai...aur normal butter bhi use kiya jasakta hai berries ki jagha apple daal saktay hain
Use vegetable ghee rather than normal butter its also beneficial and u rite berries and maple syrup are not easily available in market or if then too expensive.
Let me know if we can add other fruits too may be in option I would like to make it and also ... How many days can I keep it ... Like do I have to finish in one day only ... Plz start adding these answers too in the rescipies
Why so much marketing of western food??? They are very costly. Why sooooo much advertising on nutrilite butter..it has many artificial flavors and artificial ingredients.. Amul butter or ghar ka butter is soo much healthy!!! Why do u promote marketed diet food which are not at all healthy???
I think you don't know Indian middle class family... your almost every dish is so extravagant..we strive for normal milk you add almond milk...what is mapel syrup ? No explanation , and do you realise it or not? I don't know about this Syrup I know I can Google but please hv sm sense, sometimes I wonder y you make a dish to help or to make us realise that we can't afford such things? Honey can be used instead of maple syrup other than that all ingriedients are Indian today oats are are a part of every ones diet it is different apart from the regular oatmeal porridge or the overnight oats that we take regularly so no complaints she has shown various types of recepies gr8 job Shilpa Shetty kundra
@sugandha, no worries dear! Use honey, or just add more jaggery, no almond milk, make it, it's so easy, or just add normal milk, use any fruits you can afford, any nuts you can find! You can get little bit creative yourself!!

nothing wrong with using almond milk, it’s not good to drink normal milk anyways, we should all be making a change to plant based milk.
