Have high fiber/protien breakfast like egg, banana/apple/avacado, almonds/nuts, broccoli , sweet potato, oats , coconut water..etc... Lunch : rice/chapathi/ghee/dal/same as in breakfast/raw beetroot carrot . Dinner : full ur stomach heavily but with fiber content mostly... Fruits kind. Sleep by 9 wakeup by 6. Don't ever forget to clean system everyday without fail....

Did she lose weight ? Yes, she also almost lost her health. Important to stay realistic and grounded. If something can not be a life style change done on the long term, it’s not worth doing !
