Hey Derek and Catherine, great review ! We have a Ri Ras in Portland Maine too and the food is great. The bangers and mash are excellent and the scotch eggs. I haven't tried the fish and chips but next time I will. The bars are actually constructed in Ireland and then dismantled and reassembled over here which is why they have such an authentic feel. Keep this great content coming. It scratches my Vegas itch !

Hi. Your fiancee is totally right. Cottage pie is made with beef Shepherds pie is made with lamb. Irish curry, omg no way an Irish dish. The pubs in Ireland have been closed since the 16th of March 2020 because of pandemic. Pubs and bars that sell food could open from time to time, but that was stopped last December because of the jump in Covid cases. . Love your videos 👍
Best F&C I ever had was at a place in the Sands Hotel AC. The name of the place was called “Bookbinders”. Doubt it’s there anymore, the Hotel might be gone too.
Cool review as always. I'm Irish. No such thing as Irish Curry, and 25% of that menu was not traditional Irish at all - they were catering to lots of tastes. Anyway, I always enjoy your reviews and can't wait to be able to visit Vegas again and hit Wicked Spoon and Bacchanal (once they reopen).
Speaking from Dublin the home of Guinness they should be ashamed serving you a pint like that the one part pour doesn’t work for a reason or that stupid glass they served it in 😡 scotch eggs are they having a laugh...Irish scotch eggs RiRa shame on you 👎🏻 plenty of tales getting told on that menu & in that pub 😱which I have frequented before.

I've never heard of 'snakebite'. I know it as a poor man's Black Velvet. And that pint wasn't poured very well. Whoever poured it didn't use the spoon technique to create a perfect line. plus less Guinness needs to be poured to do this. BTW, this is one of my specialties as I'm a cider-lover.
Fish & chips is more English than Irish Were are "Scotch" eggs from again , I forget because off the gargle I was drinking from the vast alcohol menu that was on..become were irish...not in a holiday destination like Vegas
