Inertia looks so proud when she points out kona chewing the shoe like "See mom? I'm grown up now".
Both the exercises and the games are very practical so dog owners may use them throughout the day to have a well-trained dog. There are training nuggets throughout, both in the step-by-step instructions ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfKlzfzw0sMZ_RgZNzMeOPu6d4b5i5XWl and the troubleshooting sections that will help enrich the lives of both dogs and their owners!
we all know zak's a nike guy. He probably bought the adidas purely to be chewed on
🤣🤣
When do we get that shoe closet tour??

@@user-vq3ye7eh1d but why???
Toni XD. Isn't it nice just to get lots of little exposures to Zack's marvelous treasure trove of shoes? Like enjoying one Christmas candy one day at a time? 😝 Lol.
Watching Inertia and Kona playing together makes my day immediately
My 6 month old has the worst separation anxiety and chewing issues. This was very helpful!
Do 6 month old children usually have the same issues as 6 month old puppies?
@@JP-jd5vz no my 4 month old
Boston listens better than my 6 month old niece
6 months and still biting 🥴 my 11 week just started biting EVERYTHING. I don’t think I’m ready for 6 months haha.
I LOVE that you went through the resource guarding and everything you did with the bowl. When I was little, maybe 6, a friend down the street had a dog and they always said "don't say her name while she eats. " not don't touch her food, or dont grab her bowl ornpet her...no, don't say her name. Well one day I did and the dog walked right up and bit me. Luckily, that experience didn't deter my love of dogs in the slightest and ended up getting my first when I was 12. Rest in peace Luke!
Hey Zak, just wanted to thank you for putting together this series. I just got a 12 week old pup and these videos have made the training so much easier, effective and fun for both of us. I’m a visual learner, so this series is perfect for me to pair with your books. 2 thumbs and paws up from me and Hazel!
They won’t recognize her when she goes home, grew so much.
She is going to be bigger than Inertia
Thanks to Zak we’ve never had major problems with separation anxiety as we started doing these tips a week after we got our dog.
Hey Zak! Just wanted to say that we used to watch super fetch religiously when we got our Aussie Chili many years ago and he has since passed but we picked up our new aussie Queso a month ago and knew I had to visit your page for a refresher. Thank you so much for all that you do!
2:50 Intertia is so intuitive. She's such an amazing dog. "I'll encourage the puppy to go back to the shoe for demonstration, and then distract her off of it when the demonstration is over."
I need to know how you train them to rat each other out! Good job Inertia lol
If you teach a dog your rules and it respects them and you, it will naturally want to make sure those rules are followed by everyone. It understands "chewing shoes is bad", seeing it done regardless of who's doing it will stress them out
Kona is a great trained dog! Remember to buy the sponsor guys!
We had a 2.5 month old puppy from hell but since we started following his advice every improved exponentially
Dude your shoe game is fire tho!
We’ve learned a lot of of our training tips from Zak since we got our puppy Otis when he was two months old. And now he’s been improving from 0% obedient to a half obedient husky 😆
I'm currently going through training a 3-month-old hyper husky pup. His attention span is so short which makes training challenging, but using Zak's methods, we're making great progress!!...slowly.😆
I just don't get tired of watching Zak's videos. They are full of great information and real-life situations to help us dog owners be better humans for our dogs. Thank you Zak!
Hello this guide was helpful. My dog Georgie would always get stressed when we leave. He also jumps on us and eats to quickly. This was one of the best guides I’ve seen!
Zak, I just adopted a rescue puppy a little over a week ago from the local Human Society. Watching your videos has been extremely informative (and you have some KILLER kicks as well haha!). Thank you for providing all of us the tools to raise healthy and well behaved dogs!
Wow.. Very helpful for me.. Loved it.. Support from Nepal..🇳🇵🇳🇵
Zak, you are amazing. I’ve been watching your videos for ages. Thank you for sharing positive training techniques
Aww such gentle sweet dog correction from Inertia. You've done a great job with her Zac. Enjoying this Kona series lots. Great refresher and update on my training knowledge since I last had a puppy. Lost my 3 elderly dogs this year (2020 😒). This is perfect timing for my next puppy and fun to watch. Thanks for this
hi, zak George! I've just got a new puppy. I'm teaching him according to your videos, and it going great! thanks!
getting my new puppy on saturday and this series has been so helpful!! i feel like i’m well prepared thank you so much🤍
We’ve been using your videos to train our little (now 11 week old) elkhound puppy Hibiki and he’s learning so fast! The only thing we’re still really working hard on is barking for attention while my partner works from home. We’ll be buying your books, your methods are awesome! Thank you!
Great training video as always. I must say Inertia trying to protect Dads shoe from Kona was so cute!
Thank you so much for these videos! I bought your books and they’re helpful, but those videos are gold. We have so much more information when we see you in action. I’m a new puppy owner, but I’m the one in training!
Great! Loving the series
We are adding a puppy to our family in a couple months, so I am SO grateful for these videos!! We already have a 10 year old blue heeler mix, and we will be adding a Texas Heeler, so these will be so helpful!
You’re saving my life Zak, I’m copying your techniques exactly in my videos with Jag!
We just got a puppy and your videos are so helpful! He is doing soooo good! Thank you!
I just got your book, I’m reading it while this video is on in the background and of course trying to get my new Cavapoo to stop biting my foot. Zak your videos are awesome and thank you for the content.
Thinking about getting a new dog so this type of videos really help, thanks Zak
Even though i don’t really have to use this with my future outdoor dog, i like watching your videos
thanks for the heart! :)
its so great how real youve kept this. Just wonderful
Thank you for continuing to update us on Kona. >.
I love the puppy advice and shoe highlight!
Zak at it again with the fresh kicks! 😎
this is the best training guide ive ever seen
WOW ..... This is great stuff! Probably the best I've seen. I've subscribed and giving a lot of "thumbs up". THANKS!
I love this! Don't even have a dog but preparing for the future!
I’m getting ready to adopt a puppy and your videos are amazing , I want to learn how to train before getting my puppy.
Valuable learnings, thank you!!
Great video! Kona is so cute! Zak, will we get an update on Inertia’s agility training? I’m curious about how its going 🤗
Love to see how Kona does things you don’t expect, that is very typical of puppies always keeps you going.
I am totally exhausted with a puppy right now, must be harder as I get older, I just want my 💤. I don’t have a fenced
yard either, out on a ranch and it’s open.
Thanks for the video zak it was very helpfull
Love this content
Inertia is so supportive of Kona, she's such a good wingman
Going to get a Saint Bernard puppy sometime (soon) in the future... This makes me feel more prepared :)
This is great I love watching the dogs play together so cute. My adorable 3mo pitmix is good with some basic commands.now pulling and jumping have begun we're working on chewing/biting since day one for the pulling I walk her around trees cars whatever for the jumping we.do a sit and treat or.pet. for both these behaviors it often helps.for me and puppy (Nazareth) to each carry one end of a long stick she thinks its a game and it works as long as she's interested thank you so much it's been a long time since I trained a.puppy.and our darling beagle had.very different behavior from Nazareth but thankfully no food aggression in this puppy
Great vid man
We just started fostering I think a series where you foster a shelter dog and train it would be awesome !!
Hi Zach I’m Ella and I get my new silver Weimaraner on Saturday December 5 and we are naming her Little Miss Heidi of Amber woods and your videos are helping so much!!!
Love all the real work circumstances 😊😊
Hey love your videos, and its very helpful even though my puppy is very young
Really want to see more of your useful training 📹 videos🙂👌🤞👍🤔
I don’t know if I enjoy watching the dog training more or watching to see what shoes Zak is wearing for the day 😂 either way I’m hooked!!
this is the best job EVER!!!
Oh no Zak! Don’t crease up those beautiful AF1’s!! As always, shoe game is very strong 💪🏽 thank you for being a great person.
Hi Zak, I've been watching your videos for around 2 years now and they're very helpful! I'm hopefully going to get a blonde long haired dachshund puppy in the Spring and I'm wondering when you suggest I should introduce a collar and leash to my puppy. Within the first day or after the first few days. Thanks Zak!
The videos really help us a lot! Would you please share what kind of harness you have for Kona, it seemed very comfortable and easy to manage.
U are the guru ZAK
This was great !! I just got a golden retriever puppy & I love Your training methods. Also I watched Your video on “dog daddy” and I agree with You, His methods are horrible. So glad I found Your videos. Thanks so much, You’re awesome !!!!!
I made a terrible mistake when my Golden Retvr was 5 months. He was a confident & happy boy up until then. The only thing I can attribute it to is the construction we had going on when he was 5 mos old. At that time, we also had another dog and the two of them would go out to the backyard (fenced) through the dog door, where the porch & decks were being constructed. He eventually became leery of men he didn’t know and terrified of loud noises. When Riley senses a storm coming, NOTHING will get him outside. He’s now approaching 8 years old and my best buddy, always by my side. Is there anything in your books to help him overcome his fears? All of our other Goldens were so confident and it breaks my heart to see him so afraid.
Great thanks
Yo what up thanks my dog got trained because of u 😁:)
Man, this dudes shoe collection is on point for sure. Love the ATL AF1
Great content
Yay love your vids
Hi Zak can you make a video on how to stop dogs from eating everything
For my dog, putting a blanket or crate cover over the crate really helped.
Your videos are so helpful and amazing! I have a tiny dog, and she has previously had some medical issues so we hand fed her to get her to eat. But the problem is, she'll only eat by hand! Do you have any tips or advice? I'm currently working with her and that's really the only issue I've been having.
Curious about no-jump training with young kids around.
I know ideally we would control the environment so that we can train the dog without kids there first, but we’re just not in a situation where that is realistic.
How do we teach “off/no-jump” without exposing 3 and 5 year old faces to puppy claws, while also helping the kids learn how to re-direct our pup?
Try during your kids nap times or quiet times
Good video
That shoe game tho🔥🔥
Awesome shoes!
Why did I love how Inertia didn't just tell on Kona she also stopped her. It was just too cute. IMO
Hello, Great video ,, really helped me alot with my new fur baby ., Where did you find the tall playpen?
My 8 Mo old doodle has been very good about not being in kennel up until the last few weeks! She is chewing, counter surfing, tearing up stuff! We have chew toys balls ropes dog door, chickens to harass and even TV on to try and keep her from feeling lonely! But the last 3 weeks, it been driving us batty! We started her back in her kennel which she chew up a blanket, bent the bars on the metal crate, had her head thru a hole that she broke! I realize it is separate anixity and crate is probably best place for her, what else can we do! Thanks for your help we love your videos and she watches you often!
Kelly & Ginger Roo from NC
Hey thanks for the tips! Also how often do u recommend bathing your dog ? 🐶

Shoes looking fire
My dog trained to sit and wait for her food 🤩
But I love to learn and the videos my dog is a 3 1/2 yearsold black mouth Cur boxer mix
Hi Zak, we've been watching your videos in preparation for our new pup and now we have her! She's a 14wk old labradoodle, and she's doing pretty well with training, we've had her just over a week now. My question is: how much should we be exercising her? We've been doing 15mins x2 a day but she doesn't seem very tired out or able to focus on training too well sometimes! 😁 With her being a larger breed do we need more exercise?
Zak some advice please! My puppy (mini-goldendoodle) does not resource guard food/treats/chews, but does random things that she steals. She usually knows these are things she is not supposed to have (sock, mask that is too close to the edge of the table, etc I can tell by the way she leaves the room she is in if she's stolen something). If I ignore her she will eventually just leave it somewhere, but my concern is when it is something dangerous. When trying to bait her with a yummy treat she is smart enough that she figured out she needs to drop the item behind her and away from me so she can grab the treat then hurry back to her prize.
Cool I like this episode
Your Air Force ones are bootiful
Hi Zak! I love your vidoes. I have a problem... When I first got my dog we cut of all biting, but now I really want to start serious training that I'm learning from your videos. What should I do?
Hi Zak! Huge fan of your training tips! I’ve a problem I can’t seem to find in your training videos or books. In the first few days I made the mistake of letting my 10month old Spaniel Blue-tick Coonhound Mix rip up a couple of plush toys. I was present, so he didn’t get a chance to swallow anything. I allowed it bc I hadn’t had the proper chew toys yet, and I knew he was stressed over the all the changes. He had a loving family, but he turned out to be bigger than they thought and he started to scare their special needs child with all his energy and jumping. So I was giving him a stress outlet. I haven’t let him continue his destructive toy habit and he now has loads of chewing options and puzzles to keep him busy. Its been about a month and he’s very receptive to training. I wear him down w ball time and the dog park so he’s easier to train like you suggest. He doesn’t rip all his plushes apart either.
I’m just not sure how to let him know something is his, but to not rip it apart.
"Guess it say let's chew it! So you can!" 😃
After a little while of crate training my collie (18 months a next Sunday), she accepted the crate at night pretty easily. I don't think it was long before was was fine from bedtime until morning.
NO NOT ZAKS SHOES KONA ! Love the new shoes btw :)
If anyone is struggling with potty training, i'd suggest getting a small bell from amazon and letting your pet ring it everytime you make him go outside for potty. My goldendoodle learned in under a week!
I don't know if Zak's always had that tyrannosaur skull and I'm just unobservant, but that is rad. :O I love this series especially as I'm getting a female standard poodle pup myself next year if all goes well. :)
Do you have any dog crate recommendations? I’m getting things for a new puppy :))
I love these videos and the channel. I am about to adopt a 3 months old puppy, which of his 2 books do you recommend?
