He could offer much insight for them. I also think LE is doing their best to build an airtight case against Wendi with the boys futures at the front of this quest. They know Wendi will allow visits with her brother and mom. I wonder if they overheard conversations and if they have maybe they can become strong enuf to testify.

Wendi (a lawyer herself) emptied Dan's entire house with her friends, when Dan gave a lecture elsewhere but took also very expensive jewelry that commemorated the holocaust and belongs to dan's family, and so much more too. Dan wanted it back but she didn't do that, so then Dan would threatened Wendi this steeling would cause her to lose her lawyer license! So then Donna & Wendi decided that Dan must be taken out of the way Other reason's also because she hated Tallahassee and wanted to go back to Miami Beach and her children all for her self and her mother!

Thank you all jury members. You did your job. I’m not surprised it took so little time to reach a verdict. The evidence against him is overwhelming. I hope Donna is worried about her being next. She instigated this murder. Sometimes people of privilege think rules and laws don’t apply to them, this is a textbook example. Congratulations to the prosecutors, they did a fantastic job. Georgia’s closing argument was unimpeachable.
The only reason their wealthy is because they didnt pay taxes. Cash all over the place.

Strong opinion on Wendi’s guilt …. but I don’t see any evidence that would find her guilty in court. Most people following the case FEEL she’s guilty. So you’re in good company here. However, at this point all you have is a “lynch mob” that wants to lock her up WITHOUT EVIDENCE. Until the State has sufficient evidence to convict, she won’t be arrested or prosecuted! On the other hand, Donna’s case was rushed because she was fleeing to avoid prosecution, to a country without extradition, thus there was a compelling need to make a quick arrest! That’s my opinion based on what I know. The entire Adelson family may be guilty of this murder conspiracy BUT WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR A TRIAL TO SEE EVIDENCE OF GUILT. At this point I haven’t seen such evidence for Wendi, Harvey and I’m
not convinced beyond a reasonable doubt on Donna. Maybe her trial will change my mind and new evidence will come to light. If Charlie flips on Donna that would make a big difference to me.
Of course the same analysis for Wendi, Charlie and Donna could sink her or their refusal to testify against her would leave a giant hole in any case against Wendi.
The only way real justice will be accomplished is with due process and a fair trial, not with emotional outcries and feelings of hatred towards the Adelson family. Speculating without real evidence has produced a lynch mob mentality not the truth or justice.

The ISSUE WAS: His MIAMI PHONE NUMBER stuck out like a sore thumb IN TALLAHASSEE. That was really THE BIG BREAK. Once they had that, everything else fell like a Bad Transmission. Yes, The Neighbor definitely helped, too.

My first time observing the Prosecutor, Georgia. She oh so cracked me up on her cross examination, painting Charlie's ass in the corner. His responses were so staged. I loved her style, mostly soft spoken, sarcastic, strong, cool and calm, knew her case inside out. A SHARK. 😇🤪😁

I think it was more of a case of them having financial means and connections they thought would've been enough for them to go free
I understand the right to a good defense but I am always baffled by defense attorneys putting illogical and last minute defenses (that nobody knew for years like in this case) when there is overwhelming evidence that the client is super guilty, instead of strongly recommending the client to accept a plea deal. All this is the result of his EGO and thinking they can convince a jury with their lies and I write "their" because the defense attorney obviously knows that he is guilty.
To be fair, they don't have a lot to work with when the client absolutely refuses to accept a plea deal. And that is assuming that a deal is on the table.
Criminal defense often is orchestrated by the defendent themselves. It's the defense attorneys job to articulate their clients theory.
