I totally agree with you, if it would be about the boys, in the 1st place they would never got him murdered. What was hurting to all of the Adelson was the money that they were spending in order to see the children. I don't think there is much doubt that Wendi knew about the murder prior to Dan being killed, but her involvment in the planning and execution of that murder is an unknown. I don't think there is enough evidence for Wendi or Harvey, but the evidence for Donna is almost as strong as it is for Charlie.

I think he performed well on the stand, as others have said, but the story of an on-spec hit to frame him so as to then extort him is just outlandish, and his responses to the claimed extortions didn't fit with my view of how an innocent person would respond.
I'm not sure Wendi's a very nice person. Maybe she didn't know, but if you watch her police interview she happily slipped into providing a very detailed alibi without asking any questions about what had happened and how he was, suggesting she was already mentally prepared to give her alibi. It's notable that she didn't think of attending the hospital herself or procuring a friend/rabbi to visit him until it was suggested by someone else, even though she knew he was "very religious". I think there's a problem getting "beyond reasonable doubt" with her though.

And this man is supposed to be “intelligent”? What a foolish man. To think he could get away with murder…to risk the privileged life he is was enjoying…his education and subsequent dental practice…his beautiful home..his freedom…to commit MURDER. What I see in his face is regret…not regret that he took a man’s life..but regret that he got caught…and probably now..regret that he went down this evil path. He is where he belongs…and justice will not be served until his evil Mom and sister are locked up, too. Rest in peace, Dan Markel.

FINALLY. And now, let’s hope the rest of the dominoes fall into place quickly. There should be indictments handed out TOMORROW to the rest of the Adelson tribe. At this point with all of the guilty parties, the state of Florida will have to establish “The Adelson Wing” in the penitentiary for all of the incoming incarcerates.
