      Yes, it's such a soothing easy-to-digest dish and very flavorful. We eat it at least once per week.

    can we eat it everyday? can it suffice the protein requirements and will it help me to lose weight?

      Namaste ~ The combination of rice and mung dal makes up a complete amino acid profile (amino acids are building blocks of proteins). I can't say whether you will lose weight or not that depends on other variables. The Cleanse I refer to in this video is a guided cleanse program I offer via my website that includes herbs, etc. Eating a mono diet of kitchari for 4 days gives the body-mind a break from more stimulating and processed foods and will likely support weight loss.
