these meditations help my anxiety so much. I was diagnosed with borderline severe social anxiety. I have always struggled in social settings, but I did this every night before I went to sleep, and It calmed my nervous system down so much that the next day when I went to school, I was the light of the room, and managed to contribute a lot during my classes, so thank you.

This is like a baseball bat to my anxiety! Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to kick in, sometimes up to thirty minutes but it always eliminates those horrible physical feelings so I can think freely and rationally ❤️

This was really peaceful. I find it difficult to inhale for 5seconds through my nose. Inhale for 5 sec or even longer with mouth goes well. Is this something to do with control or?
It could be a few things. The most likely is lack of control and experience breathing in to your belly then to chest in these types of practices. Could also be lung capacity, everyone has a different body! I'm sure if you practiced breathing in to your diaphragm then your chest on each inhale you could work up to it. Have a good day :)
Yes generally you will still receive some benefit, but in time hopefully you can get the full effect! If it is a case of a busy mind, I understand your difficulties with following instructions with meditations, just do your best and try not to get frustrated at yourself. One of the most important things at an early stage of doing breathwork & meditation is showing up. The more you stick with it, the easier it will be to be present. Have a good day :)

I’m having difficulty following instructions. Will this guided meditation be effective even though I missed a couple of instructions?
