I'm thinking of doing the same, rebuilding with ultegra etc. The 105 version is discounted here in the UK making it the cheapest frameset around, even before splitting it up. I'm impressed with the weight you got too considering there's plenty of room for lightweight upgrades 😊 Does it ride well?
Yeah this top bolt is really really annoying. Make sure the stem bolts are loose (tighten them *after* the top bolt, not before). Make sure all the cables are routed nicely through the spacers, and put some downwards force to push the stem down while screwing it in. Even then it might take a few tries for the threads to catch. Otherwise if still doesn't work, you can try carefully sand down one of the spacers slightly. Good luck!

I took my stem apart and tried to put it back together but the top bolt has nothing to screw into plz help

Did the Di2 battery holder sling come with the bike? That's the only part I'm missing now.

Yeah, that is the case. I bought a 105 model and took everything off ;)
Don't like that handlebar with Conceal 1 stem . Brake lines exposed...
Easy to maintain tho 😅
