Hi Rui What is the outcome if I've already contributed towards the FHSSS but have now decided that I do not want to buy a house? Can I still withdraw that amount I've contributed?
Hi there, thanks for your question! If you've contributed towards the FHSSS but decided not to buy a house, you can't withdraw the contributions for personal use. However, you can leave the money in your super fund to grow until you retire. The contributions and associated earnings will stay there and form part of your retirement savings. Hope this helps! 😊
