The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.
It's amazing how much work You put to these pieces of machinery. Every button, motor and battery planned and trimmed so the one servicing this tool will have a simple job. Thanks man, keep on filming!

Hahaha! I am from India. Seeing the title of the video and watching the conversion of the Drill I remembered an old saying in Tamil a language spoken in the Southern part of India. When translated into English it is something like this, "Asking for the direction to a Town to which you never ever want to Go". The appropriate title would have been, "How to waste your time and money".
Nice, but I think that over time the drive shaft form the motor will begin to slip, where you pressure fit it into the old one. I would have taken a small metal file, filed a grove in the shaft and inside the old one, and used a small metal pin to make sure it doesn't slip.
I don't think it's really an issue considering it was that good of a press fit, but I would've liked to see some red thread locker or stud holder put in there for extra insurance
Good job. I think a failure point may be where you drilled out one shaft, and pressed the other into it. After a while of hammering, I think one shaft will begin to slip, inside the other.
За работу лайк. Но это чисто на камеру работа. На практике этому перфу с его запрессованной шестерней на якорь другого движка будет торба после недели работ. Или прокручиваться будет или выломает в итоге

Hey.. I have that EXACT model drill (@ 220V) :) This is the coolest design - looks like a gun from Judge Dredd. I believe this is the 1st model 'BoschHammer'. Also the only model ever to have HAMMER written on the chassis. (And, If I'm not mistaken, the only Bosch 'green' to have the BoschHammer name.. I think they moved the name to Bosch Professional (blue) after this one) So it's a historical unicorn in the Bosch universe :) Very good drill. Still works perfectly (I did change the grease to better grease, though. LucasOil Xtra Heavy Duty. I do that to most of my tools (: Better adhesion at high temperatures)
The thin wires are between the switch and the motor controller, they're not carrying all the current for the motor, just signals for the controller which will be much less powerful. All the high current for the motor goes from the battery through the controller and in to the motor with thicker wires.
@@corglass 😀 FYI: brushless motor is faster than brush one, although its torque is proper to fly not to drill. He gear it up for drilling but wouldn't work for a long time.

After a few years following your amazing work, I have a question that always comes to my mind after watching every project: You must have lots of storage to put all these toys away eh? Cheers!

if it slips, would it end up creating enough heat to friction weld?

Надо было хотя бы крыльчатку сзади снять и задний кусок вала с подшипником напрессовать

Там наверно движок сгорел и он решил от шуроповерта поставить. Столько времени убить на это...

You have a very keen eye sir! Your measurements don't seem to be precise, yet everything fits so well and neatly! Great work!

Great point! I will notice that, thank you!
I agree
You should add a small wormscrew from the side.

Maybe interesting to know;
The 220V version is also 420W.
Higher voltage, but less Amps
Отличная идея. Просто и гениально.

Thank you for always visit this channel!
hello, iam from iran, your skill is very good
sir why you use small wires of controller switch they can't heated when drill is running i confused 🤔 about these connection kindly clear them
The controller switch does not controll the current of the motor, the wires only cary a little bit of power
The thin wires are between the switch and the motor controller, they're not carrying all the current for the motor, just signals for the controller which will be much less powerful. All the high current for the motor goes from the battery through the controller and in to the motor with thicker wires.

Pěkná práce. Hned při prvním testu. Jde od baterky jiskra.
After you wash the parts you should put a little bit of oil or grease on them so this way there not going on dry during the assembly
