RESISTANCE for my classes
You always want to feel something under your feet, this will ensure you are doing the work, prevent you from bouncing in the saddle, and protect your knees!
6 - Working your way up that hill | Moderately Light
7 - Mid-hill already, you can definitely feel this! | Medium
8 - This is where heavy really starts to kick in | Moderately Heavy
9 - We are really starting to climb now! This is a challenging resistance! | Heavy
10 - Top of your hill! You should be able to keep a smooth pedal stroke. | VERY Heavy

MODIFICATIONS for seated options
2nd position jogs and moves: Stay seated and increase speed a bit, really focus on the pull-up to activate the quadriceps.
3rd position climbs and moves: Stay in the saddle and increase resistance a smidge, really focus on the push-down and pull-up of the pedal stroke to activate the glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps maximizing power with the heavy resistance.

I saw this was a team climb and literally cheered out loud! And when you said, "oh, we missed you 7! Sometimes we might be mad at you but today? 🎉" I have never agreed with anybody more 😂. Week 2 - November Intermission - Day 8 - Done.🔥🔥🔥Favorited🔥🔥🔥TEAM😤CLIMB🔥🔥🔥I was super excited for this ride that I woke up extra early! Playlist was full out TEAM CLIMB! Every song building on itself! Motivating and Energizing! Waking up to the day and giving praise, thanks and honor to God, my Abba, for the breath of life today! Taking full authority in every pedal stroke with an all out boxing ring game face on! That’s right! Kaleigh was riding with me today -all out 158bpm in Zone 4. This ride hit deep! Thank You Lord for allowing Jason and Kaleigh to retrieve this ride off the ssd’s and be able to upload it. Thank You! God is amazing!🏁WINNING🏁⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️

Everything works for me in this ride. I am in Team Out of the Saddle and team No Sprints. I usually string together 5 to 6 rides, saving this for the last hard ride because I know that I will always want to do this one. And end my simulated bike ride with a recovery ride followed by stretch and a hot jacuzzi bath.
That was tough😅 but I made to the top 👏👏👏 thank you for the ride❤
I took a week off after incredible…. This is what I chose for My first day back today 😮😂 🤮 tough but oh so good. If only you knew the ways you have helped me through my medical issues and eating disorder recovery the past 2 1/2 years - you’d cry; I still do. Love you Kaleigh ❤❤❤❤❤
