The forks are heavier than you think. I have the same basic tractor and bought a lightweight grapple for it. What a difference that made for moving and loading logs, brush, and whatever else you can pickup. Don't forget a third fuction is required. I find the forks to be kinda useless with that loader. Fortunately, my partner has a skid steer that will do about 2500. That's extremely useful with forks on it. Seems like a tractor that will do a useful 2800- 3000 lbs would be gigantic. Then, it's not as portable with a standard 14' dump trailer. I guess it takes weight to move weight.
You'd be surprised how big of a tractor you'd need to safely lift a 1-ton pallet out of that truck. I have an L3010 and the same fork frame you do with shorter forks. It can lift a 36" diameter 1200-ish pound smoker between four and five feet off the ground. My uncle has a 4610 John Deere. It won't lift 1-ton of pellets off the ground either.

Have 2501 Kubota 25 bags is comfort zone for it. Half pallet
I bet it would have handled a few more. It was just real light on the back tires.

We filled the tires with Beet Juice to help it. It gets really light in the rear end, even with the juice.
*Stinks that it wont lift a ton but a nice feature* #WorldsOkayestFarmer
