    I tried both and went with the Kioti 4020 SE because it was cheaper with more extras. I have had it 6 months and really like it.

    My local kubota dealer did me a great service. They were so shitty and shady they lost an easy sale. So I went and found Kioti 30 miles down the road -bought a tractor in about 10 minutes. It’s better and cheaper in every way. The dealer is amazing. Thank you Crystal Tractor in Chiefland Florida for making me a Kioti guy.

    The turn radius of the kioti is amazingly tight. Great for confined areas or the woods.

    The higher capacities, performance and extras included on the Kioti on top of being thousands of dollars cheaper beats Kubota for me. I was looking at a new Kubota LX4020 with a cab, loader, grapple, rear blade, pallet forks and post hole digger and the dealer wanted $60k! I priced a Kioto CK3520SE Cab HST with the same attachments and it was a $42k...It just seems to me that Kubota is just being greedy.

    This was a VERY good comparison of the CK Se Kioti to the Kubota L 02 classes of Compact tractors. With the " WIN" clearly going to Kioti CK Se's. The Kubota has the "Spilt-brakes" & it is the only "Real plus". ( l do have a bigger Kubota/ a MX,& its Great,reliable...but primitave ; just like the L series Kubota. Kubota just doesn't have Amplifying Bucket-linkage assembly's, or Modern stearing( they use diagonal unprotected link bars HANGING out in Front Purely UNPROTECTED, & that "Goofy-Old-School" & Clunky Loader valve just "Hanging-out-there" BLOCKING lots of Visability,& Eliminateing Right-side access& egress. Kubota's Prices are WAY out of Line,& are living Off of their "market-share name"... they are good tractors / BUT So are ALLLL the Rest. Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio and happy safe tractoring. Best wishes with all your endeavours.

    Never knew you had a channel, is this the Kioti dealer over at the end of old Taylor mill?? Independence?? I drove by a few years back looking to see Kubota and saw Kioti and that’s the first I knew we had a local Kioti dealer.

      Guilty! We were a Kubota dealer for 30 years, and have had Kioti almost 20 now.

    The Kubota standard L’s are so uninspiring. I need a tractor with rear remotes and a third function. That adds thousands to the price of the already expensive Kubota.

    I ended up with a john deere x700 series because I wanted a gas powered. Yes diesel is better I know. Gas is just what I use for all my equipment. Saves accidental wrong fuel mishaps.

    Isn't the hydraulic oil flow much higher on the Kioti tractor which would make it better for attachments that are hydraulically driven

      It's about 1GPM higher. Not a ton, but about 15% by the numbers.

    What do you think about the kioti ck2620 and the kubota l2502 Are those compatible machines? And if they are, the price point is definitely way apart. But I want to know about the motor and transmission on the kioti have you had any problems with it

    • @kentonequipment4687
      @kentonequipment4687  6 місяців тому +1

      The comparison between both of those is very similar to the models mentioned in this video. I will say the CK2620 open station doesn't currently have an "SE" version, which will lower the price. The motor/tranny are very problem free. Being a pre-emissions model, it's an engine Kioti has had for a long time with few changes. It's the most popular model in their lineup for a reason!

      @@kentonequipment4687I’m back and forth between a ck2520 and a 3520. I have 12 acres. Mostly wooded, with a 1/4 mile driveway. Which would be a better purchase for me? I want the 25 to save money but I’ve been told to always go bigger if I can. Is the 35hp really worth it over the 25?

    Does the Kioti have a float function on the loader that opens the valve to float on the ground?

    The real question is, what is the average time for a tractor owner before they decide to go bigger and trade or sell the tractor? The answer to that helps determine lifetime savings or present savings

    • @kentonequipment4687

      I assume you're saying the Kubota would cost less over time. For our local customers we extend the powertrain warranty out to 10 years. We saw so little issues after 20 years we decided to include it for free. Thanks for watching!

    • @curtc.721
      @curtc.721 5 місяців тому

      @kentonequipment4687thank you for the reply. From your experience, what is the average life for an owner with a compact tractor?

    • @kentonequipment4687
      @kentonequipment4687  5 місяців тому +3

      It can vary widely. Some owners will do as much as 500-600 hours a year of hard use. They'd be lucky to get one to 10 years without major replacement parts. Most people won't pass 100-200hrs of use a year. They should see 15-20 years of use without major powertrain problems. 3,000hrs is a good metric to use, assuming the tractor has been maintained well.@@curtc.721

      I love both, both are great tractors but I don’t see needing to buy another tractor, my 1988 Kubota L2850 needs nothing and never misses a beat. That says something about at least the old Kubotas. I could only wish I was able to shop for a new tractor.

    When is Kioti going to make and offer a TLB . Without asking a outrageous over price? The price of the L47 and M62 kubota is ridiculous. I can buy a JD410 "real" backhoe a couple years old for the same price.

    • @kentonequipment4687
      @kentonequipment4687  3 місяці тому

      Probly not going to happen. The compact TLB construction market is quickly being replaced with track loaders and mini excavators. It would be a waste of resources.

      ? So buy 2 pieces of equipment to do the job instead of 1.
      A TLB is the better way to go! 1 machine that does it all. I am a retired professional operator with 35 years in the trade.
      Give me a good backhoe and I'll out do these track loaders and mini excavators all day.

    Kind of like comparing a Yamaha Grizzy and a CF MOTO. Ya get what ya pay for like most things. Time will show that play out.

      After looking at CF moto that doesn't look like a fair comparison at all. What's funny is, American and German car and tractor companies used to say these things about Japanese brands. Now the Japanese are saying it about Korea. Time will tell for sure.
