Does the bottom cook properly? I like crispy pastry, not soggy & uncooked : )
Thank you for the recipe, I'm making it today. Why is it that you didn't add flour to the egg mixture? I always add 1/4 cup to make sure it's not going to lack consistency

Is it possible to bake or half bake the puff pastry before adding the filling? So to insure that its flaky?
I've never had to do so but I guess you can half bake it before adding the filling

I do have a chopping board but it's too big and would look good on camera ;)
