You’ve always been such a comfort to me. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in June of 2023. I found you shortly after that. I found you in the middle of the night one night when I was newly diagnosed, panicking and scared. Your video calmed me down and I was able to go back to sleep. Sense then I’ve watched many many of your videos, and even attended a couple of your Zoom sessions. Thank you. Always good stuff.

One thing I don't quite agree is your sugar point, sugar is generally regarded as a pro-inflammatory substance, and just that alone is not good for anything including cancer. But I do agree with your one-off thing to treat yourself with sugar, it won't impact anything, HOW MUCH you take in is really what matters.

That's fantastic you are 7 years out. I was 8 ears out before I got my 3rd diagnosis. I'm stage 4. I did all the prevention but did not matter. I'm just unlucky. It's depressing.

Maybe doing the right things allowed your remission to continue as long as it did. I hope that the preventive steps you took will also result in a return to remission and a life of quality and appreciation. My metastatic cancer has been in remission for two years. I love Dr. Amy and even do what she recommends (some of the time and working on improving that). I'm not religious so won't pray for you, but I genuinely wish you love, hope, and a return to health.

every one of her videos are being sarcastic. try looking at some others. I thought she was serious...I am very sorry about your cancer. May God bless you, this is so hard for you, I am sure. I have stage 0 breast cancer, and my doctor want me to take aromatase inhibitor!!! Please look up Dr. Amy's video on this sarcastic video.

I normally listen to my body and eat what it wants me to eat. So, soy products are ok, I like to eat Japanese food right after chemo , tofu is fantastic, all kinds of Asian teas are great as they reduce the aftereffects of your chemotherapy.

Hi, I live in Tokyo Japan 🇯🇵 This is my first time commenting. As you may be aware, Japan is renowned for its traditional fermented soybean foods, including miso, soy sauce, and natto. Recently, a Japanese doctor featured on the same UA-cam page as you suggested that consuming fermented soybean products on a daily basis can be beneficial for one's health. However, it was also recommended to limit the intake of non-fermented soy products, such as tofu and soy milk. I am curious to know the perspective on this matter in the USA?

What about whole organic soybeans? They are not fermented but how can they be bad for your?

I’d like to know about it, too…. Great question! I live in South East Asia so, we eat a lot of fermented food as well, like tempe, coz they’re easy & affordable /cheap to buy. Greetings from Indonesia 🙋🏻‍♀️🫶🏻🌸

First thank you so much for these videos. I would just like to make a reference to sugar too much of which raises your insulin level and, as I understand, it's the insulin which causes the trouble.

The unfortuante part is that so many people push food rules on cancer survivors. NO SUGAR. It's not true. You can still enjoy ice cream with your grandkids. Of course it's important to limit it. That is true for anyone - not just survivors.

Food definitely matters as well as fasting. Also, how the meat was raised, what is sprayed on the plants, excess sugar…. I have eaten well and then not so well over a lifetime. My menstrual cycle was light during my disciplined, fasting months. When I wasn’t disciplined with my diet, had awful cramps and a very heavy cycle. So besides menstruation, these things do affect the body in one way or another.
