I live out of my big steel wok. If it was possible to overdose on vegetables, I would be a goner. My chicken soup is actually more like a veggie stew. Great video! Thanks.

Let’s talk not only about quantity but also quality, how safe is to eat veggies that are grown hydroponically not even one vegetable is grown in soil anymore.

Hi Dr Amy, I am newly diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. I have been binge watching your videos. I haven't had my surgery yet. The most scary part is the Tamoxifen. Can I still enjoy salad with kale, spinach and other veggies with vitamin K without these foods increasing my risk for a blood clot? Thanks for all uou helpful information 🥰
Glad to have you here. Yes of course you can still eat these foods without risk of blood clot. Even if on blood thinning meds, you just need to be consistent with your intake
hello @shannonthompson3274, if I were you I would start fasting alot, & eating a bunch of garlic & onion. & avoid sugar at all costs. use only natural brown sugar, & drink a bunch of Bicarbonate of Sodium which contains Alkaline. please can somebody pass this information on to the above mentioned person. it is safe to drink 1 glass of Red Wine once in a while. garlic garlic. & please lookup doctor Eric Berg.
Hi Dr. Amy. I love your videos. You have mentioned in the past being able to drink small amounts of alcohol. Can the same be said for having deli meats once in awhile?
We are questioning the focus on veggies and that includes fruits. Fiber is mostly complex sugars. Some digestible and other not. In every case, I examined nutritional facts on Google. I found meats contain everything and the human body can manufacture vitamins as well. Fruits and vegetables are nutritional zeros. One would need to consume pounds of carrots just to get vitamin A RDA. So why do you push veggies and fruits? Why not push fats and protein? By the way, regularity works just fine on both keto and carnivore diets. At age 76, I am proof. Can you respond?
A real doctor 😂. What does that even mean? First off you don’t have to work in a hospital to be a “real” doctor. The majority of doctors have zero clue about nutrition and metabolic syndrome. As a person who trained many doctors in the gym, they relied on me for that information. Instead of tackling the real issues of metabolic syndrome, doctors prescribe meds or Ozempic. Tells you everything you need to know
@@freedomjam3670 you're totally right, take as much time as you need. I was totally traumatized and couldn't even talk about it for a very long time. I still get triggered if I'm in a sensitive mood. But it'll change with time, you'll be able to talk about it 😊
Another gossipy in the long list. Every individual reacts differently to food. Even dieticians do not get it right.

If over 9O% of Cancer survivors are not following a Cancer antagonistic diet? Then what does this say about the effectiveness of Cancer antagonistic foods and supplements and whether they are even necessary? It seems like the datum says that it just isn't that important? If so many folks are surviving without it? 💙

Does cooking any of these take away their favorable properties?
Also chicken eggs contain protein
Eggs in moderation.
Because research has shown that animal proteins promote tumor growth and cancer.
Good explanation doctor Amy ❤

Do frozen kale, collard greens, and spinach count for green leafy vegetables or do they have to be fresh?
Turkey tail mushroom tincture😊
Also birch polypore mushrooms, steeped into a tea, have had strong anti-cancer properties shown in several clinical studies.
Really good for hpv driven cancers which are 1 of the fastest going areas
Thanks f the informative information 😊
Also wine has a LOT less alcohol in it (only 5%) than say whiskey or Vodka (50% in Canada and up to 90% in America)
Wine has 14% unless its low alchol wine

You may want to try a cup of low sodium vegetable juice every day
Couldn't hurt
Excellent presentation! 😍
What about veggies or fruit in cans?
I'm no expert but I read that canned foods are to be avoided
How about turkey tail
Not related to eating, PLEASE tell me when you felt confident to color your hair?

I don’t personally color my hair. But I do have a full length video on this topic!
Henna is chemical free. Make sure it's organic, and nothing added.

Hi Dr. Amy. I love your videos. You have mentioned in the past being able to drink small amounts of alcohol. Can the same be said for having deli meats once in awhile?
Vegetables are high in protein.
Not a lot. You need to be strategic
@dramycancerrecovery research has shown that animal proteins Including eggs promote the growth of tumors and cancer, but not plant protein
If celery is a nitrate, are you saying eating celery is not good for cancer survivors🤷♀️
Tomato is a fruit, no?
What? Celery juice has nitrates? Omg
Celery juice has alcohol in it too so be careful

Okey
Is there anything unique or different for ovarian cancer?
As far as the food …

Can i fry fish and chicken breast is it good for cancer survivor
You can bake fish. It is better than frying, and you don't need oil.😊
@@latchmere100 thanks 🥰 but fried ones are more delicious 😋
Both are loaded with artery-clogging fat.
There are a lot of really old Italian guys who got that way from eating a lot of spaghetti sauce
The problem with vegetables nowadays is that it's not organic.
I hesitate to click on because she uses the “C” word to often. 😢vGood advise though 😊
We call things by their direct name because it takes its power away. If you are scared or avoid saying cancer then you are giving away your power
