      Vinegar + Water Soak
Ratio: 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water.
Use: Soak produce for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
Pros: Removes 80-90% of surface pesticides, wax, and dirt; natural; affordable.
Cons: May leave a slight vinegar odor if not rinsed thoroughly.
      Baking Soda Solution
Ratio: 1 teaspoon of baking soda per 1.5-2 liters of water.
Use: Soak produce for 12-15 minutes and rinse well.
Pros: Proven to remove many pesticides, especially on apples; neutralizes acidic residues.
Cons: May require longer soaking for effectiveness.
      Commercial Produce Wash
Examples: Products like Veggie Wash or Fit Organic.
Use: Spray directly on produce, rub gently, and rinse thoroughly.
Pros: Formulated to target waxes, pesticides, and dirt; ready-to-use.
Cons: Higher cost compared to DIY methods.
      A-Tier: Highly Effective and Practical
      Lemon Juice + Water
Ratio: 1 tablespoon lemon juice per 1 liter of water.
Use: Soak or spray produce, rub lightly, and rinse.
Pros: Natural cleaner with antimicrobial properties; mild deodorizer.
Cons: Slightly less effective than vinegar for waxy coatings.
      Saltwater Soak
Ratio: 1 tablespoon of salt per liter of water.
Use: Soak for 5-10 minutes and rinse.
Pros: Removes surface debris, bacteria, and some pesticides.
Cons: May leave a salty residue if not rinsed well.

We are questioning the focus on veggies and that includes fruits. Fiber is mostly complex sugars. Some digestible and other not. In every case, I examined nutritional facts on Google. I found meats contain everything and the human body can manufacture vitamins as well. Fruits and vegetables are nutritional zeros. One would need to consume pounds of carrots just to get vitamin A RDA. So why do you push veggies and fruits? Why not push fats and protein? By the way, regularity works just fine on both keto and carnivore diets. At age 76, I am proof. Can you respond?

A real doctor 😂. What does that even mean? First off you don’t have to work in a hospital to be a “real” doctor. The majority of doctors have zero clue about nutrition and metabolic syndrome. As a person who trained many doctors in the gym, they relied on me for that information. Instead of tackling the real issues of metabolic syndrome, doctors prescribe meds or Ozempic. Tells you everything you need to know
