My advice is to buy one of those dough mixer and it will be a game changer, so easy to use and will do the work for you 😊 so you save a trip to the bakery and save money and most important is that you control how much sugar you use!Thank you so much for commenting!

Update: If you do it right, it takes like 3 hours total (for an inexperienced baker). If you do it wrong (like I did the first time I tried this recipe, haha), it takes 6. I mistakenly left out half the butter in the dough and ended up needing to laminate the dough like a croissant over the course of many hours. Subsequent attempts have been much better!
Sorry to here that jan , did you brush the dough with egg before adding your khoris ? Second did you cut it so sharp at the tip where it opened? I don’t know what went wrong with it if you followed all the steps it should have not come out.
@@saraabraham9963 yes it could be, did you see in the video after mixing the flour sugar and butter when holding it in your hand and pressing it should come together but still fells like sandy and not too oily and sticky. Each step is important to have a good experience with it, but practice makes perfect so keep trying jan and you will get better at it 🥰❤️
1 cup of flour is about 145 grams unsifted scooped all purpose flour and about 9 grams for 1 tablespoon and it all depends on what kind of flour you’re using
