I’ve driven an SW1 in 1939 condition 3 times irl and I’m not even 18 yet. The cab is basically spot on to an SW1 can. The horn is also VERY VERY good. The SW1s had Leslie S25 horns when built The SW1 I drove had no notches as they were built without notches and was also jumpy with just a bit of power The SW1 also had ZERO cab sound proofing, so the no reverb is accurate
Looks good! I'd love to see a follow up on these with the much forgotten NW series (900 hp version). The Ontario Southland Railway still has a 1947 built ex-TH&B NW2 on their roster. Not in use but still runs. It is one of the 4 NW2s the TH&B bought in January 1948, beginning their diesel fleet, later expanded by Canadian built GP7s
Reppo has always been that happy median for me. I think Diesel Workshop makes a better overall model, but Reppo has a better simulation and his models tend to be more interactive. Certainly leagues better than DTM/HIS.
You're saying B&N just to piss me off aren't you lol
Sorry bro
B and N

Looks like a nice one to pick up.
For once I could say I'm actually looking forward to using these! Bout time we got some decent payware again.
Think this one would fit well on the old New Haven route
Amazing review. Which route are you running on?
