Subscriptions are unaffected, you will be using the same account from Xbox One and will even have all your achievements and stuff brought over automatically.

My question is why did I pay for it digitally and have to pay for it all over again. Also. How do I use my old profile from the one x on the series x. Meaning, when I set up the series x. I logged into my account. And I don't have my level progress or anything I'm basically starting over

They say verbatim that the game will be optimized for free on Series S/X but OT won't even launch once transferred via network or from an external hard drive. Straight bullshit!
I believe the version you transferred would have been the Xbox One version and you will have to search the store for the separate Xbox Series version. Hopefully that's it.

Xbox 360 data auto-syncs with your account using cloud saves. For installed games the process is exactly the same to transfer between consoles. Obviously, you can't directly transfer anything from a 360, only through the cloud, since games are all modified to be backwards compatible and run on a different architecture.
@@ChrisProAU For Dragons Dogma it is not working. I had an old 360 and tried to use the game saves from there on my Xbox s. It did not work. Instead my safe game from Xbox S deleted my safe game on Xbox 360. That was very unfortunate. As I had another 360 profile with a DD safe game I tried again, but it did not work. Xbox 360 gave the message that they are now syncing my game via cloud, but there were never any data downloaded from 360 to Xbox S. Even though it showed on Xbox S under game info that there are some GB safe game data, but when I started DD on Xbox S I had no option to load that game save, I was prompted to start a new game. I tried a couple of times but it did not work.

Data transfer does not work. Ethonet or external hard drive only work. Data transfer was runjing all night and nothing.

However if you have a progress on a cross play game you can transfer progress
