You should try the Ribbon Challenge! Take a pokemon from Pokemon Colosseum and try to get every ribbon on it from Gen 3 to Gen 9.
Seems to be a popular thing to do at the moment, so it might be fun to give it a go 👍

i grinded out a honey tree munchlax in platinum for my dex just for the flex and i honestly really proud of it. i don’t have some of the older games so there’s a lot of challenge pokémon i just can’t get but this one i’m could and i’m really happy with it!

Own tempo rockruff is a good one to find.
I actually got this one during my challenge, the tracker I used (supereffective.gg) counted this and Battle Bond Greninja as separate forms 😊 I'd recommend it if you ever decide to start your own Dex 👍

Don't forget about the Ho-Oh you get after completing Mt. Battle in a single run in Pokémon Colosseum.
That's a good one, and I never played Colosseum as a kid so it's two boys one stone 👍
You organized the same as me. Putting all the regional forms next to the original version in the gen it came out

I have a complete Pokédex with every form minus 3 Deoxys (Cause I’m too lazy to play ORAS 3 times) + Pokeball Vivillion (since I missed the event). Alcreamie took way too long with all its forms!
I used the DNS for Deoxys because I didn't want to delete my original ORAS save... Not much help I can give for VIvillon unfortunately 😕 Working on Alcremie at the minute, not even past the prep stage yet 😅

I’m personally working on a living dex myself but with the 3ds online closing, though bank will stay open who knows for how long, I want to clear out those games. So my method is to catch every Pokémon from the earliest game I own. So I got like a crap ton of ones from Red, version exclusives and alternate one times from Blue, and now working on a last few from Yellow. I’m avoiding trade Pokémon so they can all be labeled after the version I’m playing as I’m using them as trainer names.

You could go for the xd gale of darkness Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile with their evolutions in the living dex

Just got done with a living shiny dex gens 1-7 on the DS. And boy. That was exhausting/fun. Fearful of not being able to trade up to home due to the 3ds closure, I really busted that one out. Ever need any eggs feel free to hit me up
They're the hardest gens to do for sure, congrats on finishing that one! No doubt you've still got plenty left over so I'll be sure to keep you in mind 😅 Good luck with the last 3 🍀 It's a lot of type 2 fun and it'll feel so good once it's complete
Get all 80 alcremie. Which includes all 7 shiny alcremie. And get all tatsugiri and shiny. And all future paradox shiny cuz they're just chrome. Makes the living Dex fuller and nicer and cooler imo. Also black minior. Also all poke.on with gmax factor and then all sv pokemon and evolutions with trainer OT. Like penny eevee

i’m trying to get a three segment dudunsparce with the gameboy mark from pokémon crystal. i’m 150 dunsparce in with no luck

You should get all gender variants for your dex
Funnily enough that's next on my list to do 😅 It's the last bit of clean up left to turn it into a form dex 😊

How did you get spinda in it?
I caught one in Sun/Moon (but would work for any DS/3DS game) and had to transfer it up through Pokebank. Best to do that now while it's still an option 👍
All with origin marks for their natural region where possible, so rn gen 1-2 4 6-9 hopefully gen 5 soon (gen3 technically but it's just kalos region mark still)
I really like this idea... So much so that it's actually a part of shiny Dex rules that I'm currently working through ☺️
@Paneye yikes lol, I'm doing it for regular living dex atm. But shiny wise, I'm only attempting gen 6-7 lol, might do gen 1 with lets go maybe

Origin dex regional forms e.g. a johtonian Wyrdeer etc.

You could try to collect a boy and girl of each pokemon, but idk

I got all of the obvious gender variants like Hippowdon and Unfezant, but still need to hunt down some of the more subtle ones like Pikachu and Venasaur 😊
