Eating your green vegetables, drink a 2 liter of water everyday, less sweets, eating a real meal will help with your hair growth. Take vitamins, but don't overload on them. Don't eat a lot of fast foods, contains too much fat. Fruits and vegetables. Moisturize either with water or aloe vera juice. Use your oils peppermint, avocado, lavender, jbc, coconut oil if it doesn't bother you, almond oil, and there are other oils that you can use. But by all means, you must drink water daily.
Also I forgot this one, fenugreek is a good product to use. I it in coconut oil and olive oil, or jbc oil. Warm it over water not in the microwave, let it sit for 24 hours and then grease my scalp with it. It does help in the growth of your hair.
What "real meals" do you reccomend cooking? My parents will usually buy ingredients for me if I need them, but I never know any simple recipes that are also healthy. Everyone in my house is self serving, meaning you cook your own dinner 😂
People still think black girls can’t grow hair but a lot of black girls at my school have long hair😒. It’s just racism/internalized racism at this point.
Thank you for mentioning internalized racism because all my hate has always come from black girls/women. Other people admire it and haven’t asked if it’s real or whatever else.
I like that you said hair trims because a lot of naturals have been anti trim recently and saying things like trims make us bald headed but ik my hair flourishes after a good trim, new subscriber!👏🎉
Yep all natural and it’s been same time and mine is same exact length! Definitely thankful to God to have my vail back💜 my momma had my hair so long as a kid and I chopped and dyed and it took year’s to recover the damage! Keep up the great work it ain’t easy
I wear 2 or 4 braids as protective styles and I struggle with fairy knots so I’m always trimming I’m waist length and I’m just trying to keep it healthy instead of growing any longer
I used to do that when I was younger & went to Greatclips for a ‘trim’. I went a while wondering why I never seen growth then realized I was just cutting it off🤦🏽♀️
We've been living in 2021 while you're living in 3021 😂 Forget about buying silk pillowcases, just put a slick scarf over your pillow! Why haven't I thought of this?!
I let my eyebrows grow out for about 2-3 months when this video was recorded bc i wanted to reshape them when i waxed! You may want to try biotin to see if that helps grow them!
Ashely I can tell you something that can grow your eyebrows, deep condition your brows 2 times every week, use Vaseline and castor oil but not too much where you can break out 💯
I wash once a week sometimes twice bc i always put so much product and i don’t want product build up, as long as u know what your hair likes i think everything is fine. But her tips are right 😊
I’m sorry this video was all over the place & choppy🤦🏽♀️

@@GarnetsWeb lol i think it means instead of snacking here and there try to get 3 fulling, realitively healthy meals.

Truth, even most black people think like this. They are jealous too. I love my natural long hair at 21 inches. Wavy and curly.
@@Anne2010ful Excuse me miss, what natural hair regimens did you try to grow your hair? ☺️🤍

I trim once or twice at the most A YEAR IF NEEDED 💜

Take hair vitamins
What if you detangle really well and put it in minitwists? I think doing that and never washing your hair open will take care of the knots.
Exact same over here
Blue magic grease also!
Tail bone length, still very impressive regardless ❤️✨
You’re stunning girl!!
Thank You!! ☺️
Thank you for the tips. I drink loads of water primarily. sometimes teas and smoothies. no pop.
BEAUTIFUL HAIR
🥰
Can you do a video about your skincare routine? You have a flawless complexion. On the subject of hair do you using clarifying shampoos or clay masks?
Every 3 months I used to cut 2 inches I will never cut my hair again 😢following youtube advice

On average, how often do you trim your ends?
I trim my hair mostly when my hair is straight when needed. Sometimes it’s 1-2x a yr

I have never felt so poor when it comes to hair 😂
😂😂😂
Your hair grows crazy fast and you’re retaining length. My hair grows fast but I can’t retain length to save my life 😒
Do u use a specific conditioner.
Nope! I use different conditioners that I like but I do try to stick with conditioners that makes my hair easier to detangle
A great one is Camille Rose algae deep conditioner. Helped my hair tremendously.
Hi why didn't you recharge before doing this video? Your hair is beautiful!!!
Thank you😊 My camera was actually fully charged before this but the battery dies so fast & I don’t have a backup🤦🏽♀️
Would been nice to have pictures and a white tank top to actually see the hair.

Gang gang
Do you wash your hair every week like other naturals?
I don’t wash every week. I try to push for once every 2 wks but refresh my style if needed in between!
Gorgeous 🥰
Yes the majority of the time I do depending on how much product that I have in my hair, otherwise I will go for every week and a half or two weeks..
