Yeah I find it really neat all the different genres and types of comics out in the world. I think there is something for everyone.
I really like the grey / charcoal backdrop. It’s nice and neutral and clean.
Yeah I used it a few times on previous videos and decided I liked it best for being neutral so the camera can stay better focused on the comics.

Yeah that run is super cool, I love it and relatively affordable to put together.
Love those Archie's /Casper's /Josie's / Sabrina's etc... It reminds me of pre pandemic when I over paid for about 14 long boxes of that stuff (Original owner from Manitoba). Mostly Silver /Bronze age (mid to high grade). I got a lot of holes to fill especially the Josie's. I managed to knock off all but 5 Sabrina's

I got like 40 - 50 issues of Marvel Star Wars series, from the last five years or whatever, for 25 cents each, bagged and boarded, from Half Price Books here on the NW side of CHI

How did you acquire such a collection and any reason the seller did not sell individually assuming you are making out?
He has sold some of his collection on ebay, but he is also a full time teacher so he does not have the time to sell everything one at a time etc. That being said I also pay very fairly for collections so I have people sell to me more then once often.

What do u use on phone for prices what app you using?
I was using the my collection app from hip comics, its not 100% accurate but I like using it for how easy and fast it is and helps give me a general idea of value.

I miss it too, I will be back to it eventually. But for my own mental health really want to get back to doing regular videos and trying to get the channels to grow again.

I enjoy your videos but can’t help getting a little bit triggered when you take a series of the same title and put one issue to a stack on the right and another issue to a stack on the left, thus disorganizing the books. It makes no sense. Wouldn’t you want them in order? Why create more work for yourself when you have to reorganize those books?
Because showing them on screen for a longer time is way more important to me then the work I have to do later which is really not that much work.
