key collector lets you look up series and it will tell you which issues are key in the run and the general value of those keys

I think that french X-Men was published by the french branch of Semic International who used to be the largest comic book publisher in Sweden.

Went there many many years ago while visiting family in Brooklyn, guy changed prices to every book I grabbed and if I had multiple copies of a book he’s take them and say I couldn’t buy them, ended up not buying anything and never went back

@@pop-comics Passed by your store on Saturday, didn’t see any romantic comics. Didn’t get to look in every box. The ones on the bottom shelf’s are to hard for me to get to and I’m also to old and out of shape to spend a lot of time kneeling. Liked your shop would recommend it to anyone. Not into romantic comics and only buy covers I like but noticed a lot of good stuff for collectors there.
Usually takes a while before I process duplicates into the shop. I usually grab things to fill space that has opened up
Bulletproof is another place I never made it to while living in NYC. Looks like they have a better dollar bin than I had imagined! I just read my Paul Pope 100% book. Story wasn't super memorable, but there were some cool ideas in there and, of course, awesome artwork.
I never been, I heard its in a kinda sketchy area but their dollar bin at the QCP was amazing so I bet they have more sweet things. Yeah Pope is all about the pretty drawings!
after watching this video I went to Gotham Thrift and bought about 70 book for $1 each - only went thru 1/2 of the book that were for sale. no one offered a box for $50 - maybe next time. THANKS for the recommend
Nice, they put out some amazing dollar books. I asked if they would do a fill a box deal, not sure its a normal thing. I just go into places with the purpose to buy a lot if they make a deal etc.

I don't think people appreciate or have the patience to go through dollar bins. Yeah the majority of dollar comics might not have value for most people. When I find a comic I don't collect like Cherry in a Midtown dollar bin. I'll pick it up, maybe I can trade it for something. I think your dollar bin hauls are great, it shows you can find treasure even in dollar bins.
Yeah Dollar bins are not for folks who just want to grab a comic quickly, its amazing for those who love a treasure hunt.
