Thanks for being the taste taste testers. The broccoli pasta dish doesn’t seem worth it unless you’re making it out of convenience. I have to agree with Laraine, 20g of fat is a lot for what the product is when you compare it to other options. If you’re able to balance out the fat content with the rest of the day’s intake, I think it might be good as a work day lunch. Sodium content is something people really need to pay attention to…if you’re taking a GLP-1 you probably have some other health issues like hypertension. Sodium creeps into so many things in large quantities, especially in frozen foods. Christopher, I have to wholeheartedly agree with your marketing fatigue from frozen food makers. It’s gotten beyond ridiculous.
Hello CD, LD I tried the pepperoni pizza in the air fryer and yes the pepperoni was flying around the fryer. I really didn't care for it I would rather deal with the calories and eat a real slice of pizza. Thank you for this review I think I will wait for the next company to try GLP 1 meals.
Healthy Choice Protein Bowls use Cauliflower instead of other starches $4.79. High protein, low carb, good fiber, identifiable vegetables. I've been using them for lunch. Sometimes I'll have 2 Mozz Sticks for addt'l protein.

You know how I pretty much only eat Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice so I've been waiting to see how these tasted to add to my repetoire. I would never eat a meal with 400 calories! I gasped when you said that about the mac n cheese. I hate all peppers, so nix the teriyaki right away. I don't eat pork, so pizza is out (and it looks horrible). The grilled chicken bowl looks decent and calories are iffy for me. This is not a good start, Nestle. And $5? Nope on them all. I'm with Laraine. $3 or so is what I try for. Their packaging is horrible. I walked right by it several times before I realized that generic-looking box with the name. Again, thank you for trying them in front of us!
I tried the pepperoni pizza because I saw it in the store after you mentioned the brand a few weeks back. I was also extremely disappointed at the 4 pepperonis that were on mine 😂 My other half was traveling for work that week and I actually texted him a picture of my disdain LOL
Thanks for doing this review guys that’s awesome. I like the link cuisine protein, kick line meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy. I eat it quite frequently. Usually I only have half for dinner and then I have half the next night, but I also dip that meatloaf in a little bit of Japanese Barbecue sauce and I add those calories to my total because the barbecue sauce gives a little more flavor. But I think it’s really good.
Thanks, guys, for being the guinea pigs. You asked about diabetics. I’m probably one of the more stringent diabetics when it comes to carbs (50-75g/day). These would be too carby for me, and too low in protein. For example, my lunch today (made by my husband) had 41g protein, 8g fat and 13g carbs. If something has more carbs than protein, I’m usually gonna pass. But, like I said, I keep my carbs super tight. This was super fun to watch. ❤
I’m glad you taste tested these. But pea protein is real protein, Christopher! 😂 Is it good? It depends if you are vegetarian or not. I personally like tofu and other mock meats though.

That’s definitely not whole food but I guess it’s good for the days that we’re too tired to cook. What are the other ingredients. We don’t use a microwave. Is there oven instructions? Carbs without a good source of protein is not good enough for me. I agree with him. Is it gluten free? Thank you.

the other ingredients are not terrifying but its froane food from a large manufacturer so it is what it is !
You may want to move the mic while you’re eating. Some people like ASMR. Some despise it. Anyway, thanks for sharing.
