Lorraine, I totally agree with your perspective. I freaked out when I first heard you two talk about the FDA court cases. Now it’s a few weeks later and I’m over it. I can’t invest energy into caring about things I can’t control. I greatly appreciate the updates and explanations but what will happen will happen. We will find a way to address the effects of the court rulings when they come about.
I am glad that I am stocked up on Trizepatide for a while and just got a shipment from Hallandale yesterday. I am hoping that I get to goal with what I have, so that if I have to go to Lilly after that, then I could do their 2.5 mg vial for maintenance. While the 2.5mg vial is still too expensive from Lilly, it is still better than paying $549/month for 5mg. Still so stupid on how much they charge for it based on what it costs them to make.
They would still be a part of it as Lilly Direct uses licensed third-party pharmacy service providers including: - EVERSANA - Amazon Pharmacy - Truepill - Gifthealth
Great discussion with the English guy, so helpful to get an informed view of 'a journey ' from over here. Please get him back sometime. Also, as a Mounjaro user of advanced years (79) it might be helpful to hear from a using geriatric! Not all suppliers will prescribe to over 74's. BTW, never felt better and thrilled with progress.
Lavender sky uses Hallandale you can get it thru them still. They let you order extended dose packages I have a 4 month supply I ordered Saturday from empower pharmacy and received it Tuesday. Amazing prices too
Hate I missed the live. I was outside running hill repeats in the windy cold. Very happy for my compounding friends. Remember that (even tho it’s not likely) they can make a decision BEFORE 12/19. Still, the more time you get, the better. This is one time we can be glad that the government and the court system move slower than we lose weight! 🤪
I've ordered 6 months worth from Ousia Pharmacy in TX. They shipped it today (I ordered it a week ago. I wonder if they waited for the announcement to ship it) They said unopened vials have a 1 year shelf life if properly refrigerated. Red Rock only had a 3 month shelf life, so I'm wondering why the 9 month difference. Has anyone else heard anything about a one year shelf life on compounded Tirzepatide?
The 3.0 ML vials I got from Hallandale pharmacy all have 1 year shelf life (BUD date) if unused & refrigerated. Once it's used, the shelf life is 60 days I think.
How do you order for 6 months? My prescription is only for a month at a time. I’m using Mochi. It is taking a very long time, 2weeks, to fill prescriptions. Any recommendations?
Currently I don't see an option to order more than 1 month with Mochi. It's taking 2 weeks for me as well. Place your reorder when you take your 2nd shot.
What was the deadline before? I always thought it was Dec 21st. Fingers crossed it will be extended. My Mochi order came in 8 days 😊I am stocked up can manage for 13 more weeks, longer if do a shot every two weeks. May just do that after I hit goal. I have another 13 pounds to lose. ☺️ Mochi just emailed me time to reorder. Will be gone the week of Dec 2nd that messes with my reorder.
I have had mine compounded with b3 throughout my journey and have done well. That is my experience :) Have a checkup with my doc coming up soon! I feel great though
CD: not to my knowledge but we have both done colonoscopies in the last year and if you follow your doctors instructions it is manageable. Most doctors recommend 7-10 days.

I would like to see the pharmacy distributor cut out of the supply and all be lilly direct to help clear up any question on supply.

CD: The deadline was yesterday
Yes to “dancing Christopher” 🤣
CD: It seems unlikely
@@thedownsized 😞
I just out in an order from Mochi and found out that Aequita pharmacy adds vitamin b-3 to compound Tirzepatide. Is there any concerns with this?
Put in and order meant to say
I have had mine compounded with b3 throughout my journey and have done well. That is my experience :) Have a checkup with my doc coming up soon! I feel great though
We have not had any issues
@@SweaterWeather99 that’s great, that gives me more confidence.
@@thedownsized Good to know, thank you for the reply.
Is there some supplement that could quell the hunger somewhat while you’re off the glo-1 for something like a colonoscopy?
CD: not to my knowledge but we have both done colonoscopies in the last year and if you follow your doctors instructions it is manageable. Most doctors recommend 7-10 days.
LD: I would recommend eating high protein and avoid sugar and simple carbs (not a dr.) :)

Why am I not able to comment under member? I don’t know why I’m not getting notifications to your lives 😔
let me check tammy - you should be able to. Is your bell notifications on?
@@thedownsizedYes, I’ve hit the bell notification button. The question is my ringer on? Not all the time 🤪
