I have one question I have stiff backfoot contact but after it my backfoot is draging but I don't want it because my body spend so many time in crise so my speed cut can you make a video to avoid draging after backfoot contact thanks for this video 😊
Dragging of Backfoot is actually good it indicates that pelvic is balance while the ball is being released from the hand. So don’t look for not dragging your Backfoot if it’s natural to you
