    Bro i was train very hard last 2years for increase my pace but i not increase bcz today i know that im knee dominant bowler and i train for Hip dominant 😥 And im all rounder so brother from today i go to gym for hip dominant im very skinny so how to gain muscle and bowl fast

    Hello sir,I am a hip dominant bowler i have created a specific workot for me through out the week but, each day contains some explosive leg training so should I train my legs 6 days a week or make 2 days for specific leg training so that they got enough time to recover????? please help me with this!!!
