LOVE all your recipes! and i really love your definition of "a little" you always pour huge amounts of oil in the pan and say "not much, just a tablespoon":D you are amazing!
Laura love your recipes! I am Italian but unfortunately My great grandmother and nonna Passed away before I could meet them and learn to cook from them. My Aunti married into the Guatemalan family so she says she dont cook much Italian. I feel so lost sometimes cause even my father whom I am his only child doesn't even acknowledge my existence. Thank you for your dedication and thanks to your father for teaching you so much. Gratzi!
This is inspiring. For breakfast tomorrow, I'm making a mushroom, spinach, yellow squash, broccoli, pork-chop and bacon fritata with mozarella and gruyere Cheese. Looks great! Thanks!
I love your food recipe so much ~ Your videos brought us great meals in my family. I basically cooked every single meal from your recipe. It is so awesome and professional. I love them so much. Thanks again for all your efforts. I am your huge fan!!
I made this yesterday, even though I didn't even look up how much i needed just had all of the ingredients, with a little tweak with adding some dried pepper flakes, it came out really good, so good i am making it again.
Yum! Eating this right now and it's so good! Try adding some dried herbs for more flavor. I put in a pinch of dried thyme and rosemary :). Thanks Laura!
QUESTION! Where have you been all my life! I made 2 of your recipes today! I have pnuemonia ¬ in the mood to cook;you made it so delsh and simple! Ty, btw I made the brocolli pasta & sugar cookies
i can easily tell that you LOVE cooking and love making these videos and it is so refreshing to see that :) plus your italian style recipes sound really delicious! keep up the good work :D
That is one beautiful Frittata! When you slid it out of the pan it looked like one of the yummiest pizzas ever! It even looks fluffy from the eggs! A Master piece of flavor and beauty! TFS Laura this is magnificent! I've gotta try it! :D
This is one of my favorite Sunday's brunch. The only difference is that I added either breakfast sausage or smoked ham to them. My 3 year old won't touch it if there's no meat, so whatever it takes to get some veggies in him
Thank you so much for this. We had a bag of spinach that wasn't being used in salads like we thought we would, and I thought a frittata would be nice but had never made one before. I just made a couple of substitutions (added mushrooms and sauteéd celery in with the onions), but it turned out fantastic. We'll be making them part of our normal diet now.
Nope, it's true that "Reggiano" means "from Reggio Emilia", but "Parmigiano Reggiano" is the name of the cheese and under italian law ONLY the cheese made in a particular area of Italy can be called "Parmigiano Reggiano". If a cheese is branded "Parmesan" instead of "Parmigiano Reggiano" it's not the real stuff.
I have been watching these videos for a while and finally decided to try making one. I had to sub mild chedder for the cheese and I forgot to add water so it was a touch less fluffy, but omg so good!!!!! I just loosely copied what you did and suddenly I'm a chef! haha. Thanks Laura :)
Laura, you should publish your recipe book, I would buy it right away and buy as presents for all my girlfriends! I just LOVE all your recipes! They always come out so so good! Or maybe you should host a TV show! You have such an amazing personality!
Hi Laura ~ This looks so, so yummy! Thank you for taking the time to teach us how to cook!!! May I ask: What type/brand of pots and pans are you using? It seems that you can use them on the stove top and oven, so I really would love to buy them. Thanks, sweetie!
There are so many comments that bug me: "Too much olive oil", "That looks too fatty", "Can I put this instead of that?" "What are the exact ingredients for this recipe?", "Where can I find this ingredient?" People are stupid and lazy and rude and are not understanding cooking as a whole. Also, there are so many cooking channels on here and I have to say, you're the one I watch the most! You're lovely, talented and such a wonderful person that doesn't deserve all these ignorant and rude comments!
@laurakabbabe Broiler is the very top of the oven, so you put the pan right at the top. set it to broil, and it is for melting cheeses and making caramel mostly
i just made this just now, first time making your recipes :D added some shredded chicken ham inside to satisfy my meat fix, damn that was one good brunch :D thanks laura!
made this tonight for my bf for breakfast, he works nights. It was delicious but it was stuck on the pan, hat to use a spatula to push it out. I think i cooked it on a high temp but is delicious. Thank you
mmmmhh!!! num num! that is dinner tonight, but I am going to make it meaty, have some sausages, add a bit of peppers and some rice on the side! thanksa bunch!!
I'm gonna do it that night with my mum, I have all the things I need, so thank you!! It looks delicious! :D (I'm spanish, so sorry if I have grammar mistakes xD)
Can you do Italian episode with english subtitle? it will be exciting XD And I love everything you do, I made the zucchini frittata and the whole family loved it and they want to go to Italy XD I wish one day i'll meet you in person

This is one of my favorite Sunday's brunch. The only difference is that I added either breakfast sausage or smoked ham to them. My 3 year old won't touch it if there's no meat, so whatever it takes to get some veggies in him
I really love this version

I just made a couple of substitutions (added mushrooms and sauteéd celery in with the onions), but it turned out fantastic. We'll be making them part of our normal diet now.
looks amazing.
A frittata, like a casserole, is a wonderful way of using up various random ingredients you have in the fridge or freezer.
I love this video as much as your zucchini frittata! Both are my favorite vegetables! Delicious!
Great recipe. Thank you
Looks delish! I'm sooo trying this!
I love the way she says "Parma jano jano jano".
+Richard Mason lol, I thought she said Parmigiano Reggiano (Brand name) :)
+franck blau
Reggiano = from Reggio Emilia. No brand name.

lol! I doubted the closed caption could nail it correctly but it did! Secretly I was hoping it would type out 'parma jano jano jano'
Richard Mason jano jano jano you wot m8 get an ear aid
I love the way she says ”crank it up”. A person I would get along with well.
Looks amazing!
