The quality of this video is REALLY great!! Better than television.
Thank you Laura Vitale! Cooked this today and it was wonderful! So full of flavour with so little number of ingredients. Brilliant!
Thanks for helping me learn some great recipes. Great smile and so uplifting to hear your happy self!!
LOVE all your recipes! and i really love your definition of "a little" you always pour huge amounts of oil in the pan and say "not much, just a tablespoon":D you are amazing!
- I need to stop watching your recipes while being hungry :(
Same xD
Don't starve your ass bitchez
💯
Love it! So easy to do. And it's my first time cooking spinach.
Laura love your recipes! I am Italian but unfortunately My great grandmother and nonna Passed away before I could meet them and learn to cook from them. My Aunti married into the Guatemalan family so she says she dont cook much Italian. I feel so lost sometimes cause even my father whom I am his only child doesn't even acknowledge my existence. Thank you for your dedication and thanks to your father for teaching you so much. Gratzi!
None of your recipes are too simple to inspire us, Laura! YUM!
Looks delicious. I will have to try something like it on my show. Wilted spinach is always a favorite of mine
I am so making this tomorrow morning for breakfast! That looks so easy and delicious!
Completely agree! Looks great, simple ingredients, easy preparation and surely taste grate. Congratulations. I’ll do it tomorrow. Thanks.
Looks scrumptious! Thank you!

I love your food recipe so much ~ Your videos brought us great meals in my family. I basically cooked every single meal from your recipe. It is so awesome and professional. I love them so much. Thanks again for all your efforts. I am your huge fan!!
looks amazing.
Gorgeous both the food and the lovely chef what a wonderful world.
This looks divine. I cannot wait to try this!
I love your recipes!
I love the way she says "Parma jano jano jano".
+Richard Mason lol, I thought she said Parmigiano Reggiano (Brand name) :)
+franck blau
Reggiano = from Reggio Emilia. No brand name.
Nope, it's true that "Reggiano" means "from Reggio Emilia", but "Parmigiano Reggiano" is the name of the cheese and under italian law ONLY the cheese made in a particular area of Italy can be called "Parmigiano Reggiano".
If a cheese is branded "Parmesan" instead of "Parmigiano Reggiano" it's not the real stuff.
lol! I doubted the closed caption could nail it correctly but it did! Secretly I was hoping it would type out 'parma jano jano jano'
Richard Mason jano jano jano you wot m8 get an ear aid
OMG i totally want to make this. I love spinach and eggs. This will make a perfect breakfast meal. I think imma make this tomorrow. It looks so gooood! I love all her cooking videos. Great job Laura
Looks amazing!
Looks delish! I'm sooo trying this!
I will definately try this! Thanks for your really nice videos! I love cooking and can watch these all day! :D
Thank you so much for this. We had a bag of spinach that wasn't being used in salads like we thought we would, and I thought a frittata would be nice but had never made one before. I just made a couple of substitutions (added mushrooms and sauteéd celery in with the onions), but it turned out fantastic. We'll be making them part of our normal diet now.
Great recipe. Thank you
Looks awesome
It is a MUST! that I try this.
That is one beautiful Frittata! When you slid it out of the pan it looked like one of the yummiest pizzas ever! It even looks fluffy from the eggs! A Master piece of flavor and beauty! TFS Laura this is magnificent! I've gotta try it! :D
Обожаю шпинат! Рецепт супер!!!
I love the way she says ”crank it up”. A person I would get along with well.

It was amaaaaazing!!
Yum! Eating this right now and it's so good! Try adding some dried herbs for more flavor. I put in a pinch of dried thyme and rosemary :). Thanks Laura!
I made this yesterday, even though I didn't even look up how much i needed just had all of the ingredients, with a little tweak with adding some dried pepper flakes, it came out really good, so good i am making it again.
Amazing
fab cant wait to
make it
thanx ..good job i like it!!!
This is one of my favorite Sunday's brunch. The only difference is that I added either breakfast sausage or smoked ham to them. My 3 year old won't touch it if there's no meat, so whatever it takes to get some veggies in him
love it
You don't need to worry about my enjoying spending time with ur vids!
this is my favourite OF ALL!!
my goodness I must make this!
A frittata, like a casserole, is a wonderful way of using up various random ingredients you have in the fridge or freezer.
Great Idea i will make it today.. Thanks for the video 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤗

I love this video as much as your zucchini frittata! Both are my favorite vegetables! Delicious!
I will be making this as part of my breakfast prep for the week. I will probably make some sausages to have on the side too.
Awesome
@justcille Oh really? Now THAT I did not know. Thanks for sharing that bit of trivia with me!
I have been watching these videos for a while and finally decided to try making one. I had to sub mild chedder for the cheese and I forgot to add water so it was a touch less fluffy, but omg so good!!!!! I just loosely copied what you did and suddenly I'm a chef! haha. Thanks Laura :)
unbelievable super easy
this looks sooo yummy , I would definitely cook it someday :P
wow. Today, year 2023, I’ve had a real recipe for Frittata!
Thank you 4 Sharing beautiful
awesome
It very good n' delicious .My son really likes it very much.
Omg she is so adorable
This is inspiring. For breakfast tomorrow, I'm making a mushroom, spinach, yellow squash, broccoli, pork-chop and bacon fritata with mozarella and gruyere Cheese. Looks great! Thanks!
There are so many comments that bug me: "Too much olive oil", "That looks too fatty", "Can I put this instead of that?" "What are the exact ingredients for this recipe?", "Where can I find this ingredient?" People are stupid and lazy and rude and are not understanding cooking as a whole. Also, there are so many cooking channels on here and I have to say, you're the one I watch the most! You're lovely, talented and such a wonderful person that doesn't deserve all these ignorant and rude comments!
Bravi laura molto bene recet very very nice thnx😘
Bravo!
she has like 4 different accents lol
FroopieLoopies Lol
Thanks Laura, I actually had "Cookers block" and just had no inspiration for my leftovers, until now! Thanks again.

ALL your recipes are the best. I hear of new ones and go to your channel for the latest and best. Gordon Ramsey could learn from you!
@MsLoraBella I agree with you! I write all of her recipes in a notebook :).
You are The Best!
Wow super food lovet ! 😍
I bet her kitchen always has that excellent smell of parmesan..this recipe is bomb..can't go wrong with frittata...good food!
Laura, you should publish your recipe book, I would buy it right away and buy as presents for all my girlfriends! I just LOVE all your recipes! They always come out so so good!
Or maybe you should host a TV show! You have such an amazing personality!
@laurakabbabe Broiler is the very top of the oven, so you put the pan right at the top. set it to broil, and it is for melting cheeses and making caramel mostly
@starlitzz I do use a nonstick pan. Maybe it's old and I just need a new one.
this is the perfect dinner
i make dis today morning without spinch but taste is gut not extra ordinary as lura's recips usually r.
i have never ate spinach but this look so yaamm !!! i need to try this *_*
