Unfortunately in this #metoo era, it only matters if you've been ACCUSED of domestic violence, not if the legal system exonerates you or refuses to give you jail time. A single accusation, founded or unfounded, is more than enough to destroy a career permanently. Does anyone think MCU is now going to rehire this man even though the judge refused to jail him?

He HAD to get his phone back. You know how many celebrities he has contact with. What if he had previously been invited to one of Kevin Fiege’s homes and the address was still in the phone. That would have put Kevin’s family at risk if this crazy woman went and leaked the info. He didn’t try to hurt her. He wanted to protect private information that in turn protects others. This man did nothing wrong. His whole career in the MCU and other projects gone when he protected his property and the private information of others. If he had walked away and let her keep his phone and this woman had leaked any phone numbers or addresses and someone got hurt or killed would the jury then see that she’s the one at fault.

The 34-year-old star of "Creed III" and other films faced up to a year behind bars after a Manhattan jury found him guilty of misdemeanor assault in December. No, no, and no. Misdemeanor charge, no priors. That means fines and maybe anger management. Sadly, I grew up in trailer parks as a kid, so I've seen this situation a few times. Also, cousin was in trouble various times, for various things. Avoiding jail has nothing to do with being rich. Poor white trash would get the same treatment.
