And he said “YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS!!” Same thing applies here. Just because if there are three employees and two of them suck at their job and absolutely screw up a project and lie to cover up their incompetence, apparently means that the coworker who clocks in, doesn’t cause any accidents or big losses for the company, clocks out n goes home is the greatest employee ever to be employed and deserves to be rewarded celebrated and have their picture hung up on the wall next to the time click forever and be recognized as the worlds greatest employee. If there’s only three women left n earth and they’re at the bar on Friday night, and two of them are taller and outweigh every man there, have hairy armpits, foul body odor, a hump back, speech impediments, horrific breath, uncontrollable flatulence, sweat constantly, are hammered drunk and stay that way, and aggressively proposition every man in the place and insult or occasionally assault the men for turning them down…and the third woman is average height and weight, average, plain looks, not attractive but not unattractive, not dressed memorably in any way and has a personality best described as not offensive…SHE is suddenly the bell of the ball and every single guy in the joint is competing for her. No matter how much you commit to deceiving yourself and others, whether it be through changing your name, wearing women’s clothing, barraging your body with hormones etc. All of it is nothing more than a futile attempt to change something you cannot.
Regardless of whatever you or others consider to be social constructs, you will never change what you are written to be on such a fundamental level.
Seek therapy and address your desires to pretend to be something your cells prove you’re not.
I’m sure you’re probably a nice enough person, but until and unless you actually confront the reality of this situation, you’ll end up nothing more than some chemically infused abomination, flailing around helplessly as you begin to face a myriad of other physical health complications.

    • @cruisinguy6024

You are significantly misunderstanding what the concept of “innocent until proven guilty” means. In the eyes of the court the accused is assumed to be innocent and the State (the prosecutor) must prove the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. You don’t have to prove your innocence because.
This is why, for example, people on trial aren’t allowed to wear prison / jail clothes because it could sway the jury if they know someone is already behind bars.
As far as the police in this case - they’re a prime example of why we need much higher requirements for law enforcement. Unfortunately many local cops are just plain stupid and have only a high school education. They’re lazy and only care about assigning blame and not putting in the work to solve a case.

The two guys were innocent. They were low IQ men that were manipulated by crooked cops into confessing a crime they didn't commit.
Jessica and Greg killed the old couple by themselves. They were cold blooded killers.
The crooked cops wanted to pin the crime on the two boys so they called in another crooked cop to plant evidence in one of their cars. That crooked cop went to jail for planting evidence.
This is just more proof that most cops aren't concerned with catching criminals, they're more concerned with pinning crimes on someone. Guilt it innocence doesn't matter to them.

Despite finding Jessica's written confession (and shotgun ammo), which unlike the previous two they got, was not given under any distress, they still found some way to include Nick and Matt. Crazy. Solving a crime is not about your ego, it's about finding who did it. Also, I don't know if I can believe that someone who wrote about how much they enjoyed committing murder and how they would do it again would be able to turn things around. But maybe I need to learn to give people a second chance. My least favorite videos in the true crime genre are the ones where the cops frame the wrong person. @@user-vg2yj5jd8w They don't have the final say but they basically recommend the sentence based on sentencing guidelines. It varies by state but the prosecutor will almost always ask for the maximum unless there is some type of plea deal. That's what the cops were alluding to in this case.

Police and prosecutors found guilty of tampering with, and or planting evidence in order to convict. An innocent person should automatically face the sentencing guidelines for the crimes for which they were trying to train the innocent. This detective show the face life in prison up to the death penalty for what he did.

Democracy is not a good form of govt, tyranny of the majority always becomes an issue. For example, in a democracy, if 51% of people believed that we shouldn’t have a right to a lawyer in interrogations, that’s gone. Even tho that 51% may be a bunch of emotionally charged idiots.

“Never talk to cops”. This advice came from a retired cop I was speaking to. He recommended, that when you start being questioned, always ask for a lawyer first. You can always change a Not Guilty plea to a Guilty one, even immediately, if you want, but just do it after talking to an attorney. Going from Guilty to Not Guilty, is not so easy. “Never talk to cops”. This advice came from a retired cop I was speaking to. When they say, you can leave, leave! Then go and immediately call a lawyer. If you can’t afford one, once you’re arrested, you’ll be appointed a lawyer.
I know this is not a popular viewpoint, which, obviously, is okay. But IMO, the 5th & 6th amendment, requiring Law Enforcement, to have solid evidence to prove someone is guilty is paramount to our Democracy. If they have that evidence, whether it’s physical, or circumstantial, why do they even need a confession, except, it does make their job easier, but it’s a very slippery slope. Does anyone think that North Korea is painstakingly, giving ANYONE fair trials? What about China, Russia, among many other countries. Once evidence is not the prime issue in solving crimes, with the confession being more important, it will be followed by the confession not even being important. Democracy, as we know it will be gone.

I once confessed to a crime I didn’t commit. There was zero evidence but they had me believing that if I didn’t confess they’d make sure I did 25 years and if I confessed I’d get a slap on the wrist. Went to court and the judge seen there was no evidence I did it but that evidence showed it wasn’t me. So instead of dismissing the case the judge changed the charge to try and fit amd locked me up. I was a teenager and then cops had me scared if I didn’t go along with them they’d push to try me as an adult and give me 25 years and would stop the tape when I got it wrong to feed me info to fit then start the tape again and say what happened then. I’d repeat what they told me. I have zero respect for cops. None is more corrupt than American police. After I grew up I began allegedly sold some stuff if you know what I mean and was surprised how many cops bought dr*gs and messed with girls and some would brag bout them being young like 15. I wouldn’t mess with them but my supplier did. My stomach would turn when I they’d offer to let dudes hit young teens for money or brag about scaring then into doing stuff.
