honestly i think this should be fine. every investigator and officer is going to have hundreds of relationships with people that could "bias" their investigation of the case. it's especially hard to control when the officers are going to be living in the same area that they protect/investigate. just like a judge simply has to be trusted to be impartial, i think the same should be done with investigators. the more important thing to prevent corruption is to have accountability if it is discovered that they were biased in the case.

Poor Heather. Got depressed by family loss, then her POS husband decided to cheat on her during probably the worst time of her life, which resulted in his mistress ending Heather's life, who even had the grace to forgive him and work on the relationship... of course Shawna is the one to blame for the murder, but I sure hope his decisions haunt him forever.

    • @thequieterubcomethemoreuhe1198
      @thequieterubcomethemoreuhe1198 Рік тому +89

I blame him equally& wholely! He fully created the entire situation & then cried that Shauna was blackmailing him and forcing him to continue their affair!
He was only afraid for himself, being caught, losing his double portion of cake and therefore, losing his home & family as well, that he wasn't loyal to so he abandoned them to go do the mcwild, but now, he doesn't want to part with what he abandoned when he discarded his promise? It's always about him, pssshhhh.
He knew Shauna was manipulative & threatening his wife!
What did he expect to result from cheating, lying, deceiving and hiding the truth from others who would suffer for his choices? Good? Desert? Another scoop of ice cream?
Ya don't poke a grizzly bear and taunt it and then cry that the grizzly shouldn't have mauled you because you were innocently playing!
Had that man really loved his wife he would have left her and divorced her and accepted his wrong. He wouldn't have risked his family & exposed them to any other the drama that results from cheating and disrespecting your family! That should have shamed him & he should have protected her from amy further shame. Even if he ended the affair with Shauna, he would have lived somewhere else, away from Heather and then any retaliation from Shauna would have been on him and only him! She had his child so........
But he didn't love & he selfishly did what he did, to hell with the consequences until........, he got caught! Then, he begged and cried for Heather's forgiveness, used her neglect from her depression to shift blame to her & leverage obligation as a basis for her to share the responsibility of his weakened state that caused him to break his convenant with her. He got her to take blame, then he continues to stay in the freaking house and subject her to his girlfriends phone harassment, even getting her to fight with the other woman by going to a lawyer to send her a cease order to stop contacting them and leave them alone! Signed by himself and his wife! So now he pitted his wife against his lover because he doesn't want her of the baby but he had already pitted his lover against his wife because she had him trapped or he used her awful neglect of his needs etc.
Wow! He didn't move away from his family to protect them from retaliation, he created it and drug them through his drama and cohearsed their defending him against the woman he was sharing pillow talk with & complaining about his unfulfilling wife & telling Shauna that he needs everything she is giving him & how much better she is at this and that & how terrible HeAther is because she kseps him stuck in a sexless marriage and wtfever!
He is with her in this affair for so long that he impregnates her twice!
He has no balls to speak to her husband and her to arrange the care of the child that he selfishly brought under these feckery circumstances!
Everybody was supposed to fight a war that he created and suffer any consequences that came of it, but, he wasn't going to lose anything as a result or pay for the child!
Look who kept his son to raise as his own!
That sorry p,o,s caused his wife's murder & rather than get his paternal rights, he blamed the child & sees that child as the reminder of his selfishness & his culpability! That's why he isn't taking care of his child and let's another man keep his 'left behind' unfinished & abandoned obigation!
You hope this haunts him? You're silly & you're deceiving yourself because your concious would be haunted so you think his would. Well no. If he had a conscious, he wouldn't have broken his marriage covenant! When he impregnated the wife of another man, he wouldn't have continued and impregnated her a second time! If he had a conscious he would have admitted his wrong doing and divorced his wife and gave her everything. You know? A restitution for tresspaSsing against her! Someone that is truly sorry will volunteer their restitution & return 7x more & will not demand a thing because they are the tresspsswr that
broke the contract and covenant! Cheaters that demand something are liars when they apologized. They said sorry to get something.
He wouldn't have selfishly blamed everyone and increased their suffering so he could keep everything!
He has no concious & he blames Shauna, just as you said, because she pulled the trigger.
He sees himself as a victim and his daughter's death gives him more fuel to be a victim.
He will react to his losses by nourishing his insatiable feelings! Ol boy will have a g f. believing nothing was his fault or he will play ignorant of the risks because he never thought, blah blah. But regardless, his child will be raised by the other man and he won't lose a nights sleep over his child just like he refused to lose anything for abandoning his marriage & family covenant! He didn't think about any possibility of jealous retaliation that could harm his wife because that would require him to sacrifice his comforts to ensure her well being! He only thought of himself.
I hope that other man doesn't end up with bitterness and resentment and heap it all on that poor child. His attempt to cover up what she did tells on him! He is an emotional thinker that will try to control everyone and everything because he will not discipline his emotions. He reacts to them & nourishes their demands at all cost. He was willing to cover up her action of murder to keep his comfort! It was not to protect her! It was to protect him. He didn't want to be a single father or he would have been when she dot pregnant again with her lovers child! He was willing to tolerate her cheating so he wouldn't lose his comforted feelings! She good have sex with anyone as long as she gave him some and stayed there to help raise their kids! His comfort.
So when his feelings of bitterness and resentment and suffering as a single father are out of control... hmmm....guess who he is going to look at and see daily as the reminder of his unfair sufferings? Guess who serves as a stand in for blame ? It isn't Shauna or Ig or Michelle!
There's the reality. They each showed us who they are. You projecting your feelings on that) man will not make it so. That isn't who he showed you he was!🤔💯👌

This woman is absolutely a performance artist. She's using tears during the interrogation to try and manipulate the situation, garner sympathy and get information. It's common for psychopaths like this to turn their emotions on and off. It's possible for people to hide their true emotions well, like other repliers said, but...this is not one of those situations. What a horrible trash bag of a human being.

I think her plan was to set up her husband Ken for Heather's murder (wearing his clothes and driving his truck), then she and Ignacio could be together. Cheating has become a new pastime, unfortunately, with women now far outpacing men. If one isn’t fully invested in their partner and family then they should simply leave. The better option is for them to never have children that will always be a lower priority to them than their lustful ambitions.

These are some of the most unfortunate (?) characteristics one can possibly have in jail. I don’t know about prison, but - unfortunately - I DO know a little something about jail, and I’m pretty sure she spent time there. Um, can we all just remember that Ignacio is no victim in this. He deserves to hold as much guilt and accountability for being the cheating partner in the first place. HE betrayed his wife... HE failed to protect her from the crazy woman he cheated with.. HE knew just how extreme Shauna was and should have assumed the worst and thus gone to all levels to protect his wife and himself... but he didn't. It takes two people to cheat, but Ignacio showed the initial lack of care towards Heather when he decided to cheat. RIP Heather. Should've been her husband in the ground. He seems like a total scumbag... "the child" - that's his own damn child. He tries to detach and act like he's been screwed over. She 'got pregnant twice on birth control' shows how he didn't learn the first time and put his urges first.

He could have satisfied himself and then been there to support his life partner he chose through her struggles. Or else be honest, come to an agreement with his wife, and tell her what he was doing, maybe he could have paid escorts if he was desperate who would not treat him as more than a job. But another person is a person and is not an object to fulfil sexual or excitement needs so doing such things will always become complicated and hurtful when one already has a partner and want to keep more.
