You ladies are my absolutely favorite!!! You are grounded , kind , to the point , productive…. . I keep waiting for your videos and don’t miss any of them ! There is something special about the energy around you . ….. Probably just great friendship between all of you and desire to spread that love to us behind the scenes with your art of knitting!!! Congratulations on being inspiration and heartfelt thank you !!!! Diana from Morristown NJ.
Wow Diana, thank you so much. It's a pleasure to produce things that people appreciate. We're super happy you found us and are enjoying our podcast. Happy knitting.
Love your podcast👌 You all so enjoyable with the love of knitting and sharing your experiences and no (BS or pretending to be some super models)pure and simple ways of life of knitting with your friends and us as a subscribers🙏🥰👌💝🙏 Those are beautiful sweaters and gorgeous colors as well🐏🤩🍷
Bonna, Thank you so much for watching our podcast and making your nice comments. We are just some knitters who like to share our love of knitting and appreciate you so much! 🙏🏻🤗🧶🍷
Aww we loved to see Claudia wearing the bracelet Annie made. Your girls are so sweet and loved this Episode as all of the ones you have shared with us. Your projects are stunning and the yarns so good. I am sure you are the best dressed in the area with all of these handmade projects. Have a great weekend!
I love you ladies! What is better than yarn love, wine, and friends. P.S. One of my favorite parts in your podcast is the sound of you pouring that delicious wine! Cheers ladies! 🍷🧶❤️
Good Morning Claudia, Janet & Tammi, I am continually blown away by the sweaters you knit! Your choices are always gorgeous and you aren't afraid to step into new territory with your pattern selections. Tammi, your Loveknot sweater is the 1st loveknot I have liked out of the many I have observed. I don't know why, but I just don't like the way in the published pattern yarn is slipped over the top when making the knot - it makes me think it's looking inside out. Kind of looks a bit like moose nostrils. However, you modified it and I actually loved how your adjustment changed the look and softened it. Kudos!!!!!!! Anyhow just wanted to thank you for your inspiration you 3 generously share! Loads of knitting hugs- Carrie from Northern San Francisco Bay Area 🥰❤🐕🐑🍵🍷🧵🪡🧶
Thank you for your podcast. I am a viewer from Reno, Nevada. I am always impressed with your knitting choices, and your knitting skill. I too, am knitting a Robinia sweater. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for saying you cannot get your left hand to do what it needs to do when knitting flat on the pearl side. That made me feel so much better. Thank you!
Hello Estelle, I am glad you are enjoying our podcast, and you're so welcome! I wish I could figure out how to left hand purl, but I guess I'm not that coordinated. Lol! Thanks for watching.
Really like the videos you have now added of wearing your finished sweaters along with a picture of the design. Claudia, your green sweater is lovely and with the modifications you made, shortening the design on the yoke, I have added this pattern to my queue!
I am soooooo happy I found your podcast! Ladies you are knitting fabulous stuff 😊 Claudia, love love love your taste , you gave me inspiration to my next projects I am binge watching your podcast ladies
You ladies amaze me. All the cool knits. I bought the Fields pattern and I keep hearing so many stories about the yoke. I will try later. I so enjoy your podcast, please keep up the good work. Enjoy the rest of your week. ❤
You do really use a few danish designers - Anne Ventzel, Aegyoknits, Camilla Vad and of course Petiteknit and Isager yarns -thanks. As a danish woman it makes me very proud - we are just a small country, the size of Los Angeles or so.Thanks for your fun and cosy podcast with a lot of inspiration. Hmmm ....you make my knitting list much longer.
We're so glad to use the danish designer's sweaters. They are beautiful. And I love the Isagar yarn! It is so soft and fluffy. It's a perfect yarn for the Robinia sweater. Thank you for watching from your country. We feel very honored that you take the time to watch!
Thank you ladies for continuing your sweater knitting mojo! (However, could you send a little my way please?) I appreciate you sharing your makes and giving us some hints and tips! Always look forward to your podcasts!
Thankyou again for another great episode, I love to watch what your all up too, so many great projects and finished knits, and your all so thoughtful of each other. Just a suggestion and you may hate me for it later, Claudias Cartwright Sweater you could add length by cutting above the rim hem and then knitting an inch down, its a lot of work grafting this on but you wont regret it later, either way I hope you love the result you choose, all the sweaters and that Witches hat are all just amazing pieces of art❤❤
Hey girls! love your podcast. I'm still working on my Ingrid slipover and something you said about knitting in the back stitch of one of the patterns and being afraid you would break your needle - that's the feeling I got with one of the patterns on this. I gave up and changed the pattern for that section. BUT! It's looking great so far. I need to take a pic and post it on my Ravelry. I've moved on to the shoulders. Let me just say if you are wanting to make the Ingrid, trust the process. It's unique (to me) construction has you guessing from the start. I have to say, you all really made me want to cast on a new project but I'm sticking with the Ingrid and the weekender crew (for my mindless, almost knitting). Claudia I really felt for you on the dropped stitch. I completely finished one of my recent projects and found a dropped stitch. I totally faked it and you can't see it so am happy. With my weekender, I'm using 2 strands held together - well if you drop one of the strands on accident, it makes a spot you can see when held up to the light, so yesterday I spent a couple hours going down that rabbit hole but it's looking great. Why bother? well it's knit inside out and while it's not as noticeable on the knit side, you can definitely tell one the purl side. I'm only about 9" up the body with 3 or 4" to go so not so bad and I'm looking twice as hard at the stitches to prevent them. So glad you posted as I was really needing to visit with you all...... lol
Hi Kat, the Ingrid and weekender crew sound like nice choices of sweaters. The dropped stitch has been fixed and not noticeable. Glad you enjoyed our episode. Happy knitting! 🧶🍷
You ladies are so inspiring with all you sweaters!! Janet, I love your Throwover sweater! I have some Yarn Hero yarn that I am anxious to use! Claudia, I can relate to you ripping out your sweater as I just went through that with the sweater I am making with Magpie fibers yarn as the skeins were so different. I realize I need to alternate the skeins (as it said to do on the ball band!). Tammy and Janet, I love your input on the Field Sweater. I have yarn for that one also, and I know it will be a challenge. Thank you for mentioning the vendors at Wool and Folk who had such a terrible time. McMullen yarn is one that is now on my radar!
Thank you so much for your nice compliments on our sweaters and glad you like our tips. We really enjoy the McMullin yarn and so nice that it is on your radar. Thanks for watching! Cheers! 😀🧶🍷
Wonderful podcast again ladies! I’m working on a one color Field Sweater in the suggested yarn. Yes, that yoke is epic. Can’t imagine doing it holding anything with it. Yikes! Yours are both beautiful.
I’ve made that August hat-it’s a good one and yours is lovely. My absolute favorite from that collection of a year of hats is the June hat. I’ve made about seven of them and it’s just a great pattern and nice looking hat. So many nice sweaters on this episode. Too bad Yarn Hero is taking a break because I could really knit up one of those Throwbacks right about now (have made a couple of the cardigans).
Thanks for the tip on the June Hat. I’ll check it out. We found out the Yarn Hero owner/dyer had Covid. That’s why she wasn’t able to attend. Hopefully, she will be back to her amazing self soon and have her beautiful yarn back in the shop!
Thanks for another awesome podcast! Love all those inspiring sweaters! I tried the Field sweater, but unfortunately I could not make the grains! Congratulations Janet, a grand bundle in the year of the dragon! The world is his oysters! I knitted and crocheted many baby blankets with the same yarn! Thanks for the knitting company! Happy knitting!❤❤
Thank you so much! Looking forward to the bundle of joy. I totally understand not finishing the field sweater as I found it difficult and had to put it in time out. 🧶🍷
Another fabulous episode. Since watching I do not turn to Ravelry for inspiration. I am wondering if sometime you will talk about what inspires you…besides each other. Happy November.
New viewer and I’m so happy your podcast came up in my feed. You ladies are fabulous. Love your knits! And, I’ve shared the link to my knitting friends too. Already looking forward to meeting you at Rhinebeck in 2024!
As I’m watching this on the west coast I am knitting Tutka thanks to Tammy wearing hers. I have Knitting for Olives and didn’t know what to make. Am loving the process.
We usually get a lot of trick or treaters but I think, for safety reasons, a lot of parents are opting to do the “trunk or treat” vs taking the kids out. We did get a few last night but not like in past years I miss them and now I have a ton of leftover candy lol!!
I did not have very many, but there aren't very many children in my neighborhood. I bought a bag of candy on my way home last night, and I have most of it left over. I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of it because I don't want it in my house. 😁
Enjoyed your podcast once again! Hey I need to make a baby gift and love the baby blanket. How many skeins did you get of the Bernat Baby Yarn for the Chunky Weave Blanket?
I just want to say if you really like it, check out the ravelry page and I'd worry less about it being beginner friendly and take the plunge! You tube is your friend and instructor on all things knittery. If you like a challenge that is. I was stuck in the not good enough yet stage to try anything with texture - we're talking a lot of years stuck - and have recently plunged into stranded color work and textured projects. If I can do them, you can. Cause even with all the years knitting experience I was still a beginner when it came to anything the least bit complicated. Don't get stuck like I did! lol

Tammi, mohair comes from angora goats, that's why the Passion Yarn's mohair/silk is called Angora Love. Saludos from Spain, @lamanchaknitter
Thanks for the info! ☺️
Thank you for another great podcast. Girls you are making beautiful sweaters. What talent. Love your colors as well.
Dolly, Thanks for your compliments as they are appreciated. Thanks for watching! 😀🧶🍷

Thank you Bianca. I don't think i'm up for that much work. I've added on to the shoulder, so we'll see how that goes. Thank you so much for watching.
I totally understand grafting it’s a lot of work and knitting should be fun ❤❤

Hi Laura! We welcome you and your friends 🥰💕. Thank you so much for watching and we are thrilled you enjoyed the episode. Cheers! 🧶🍷
Hey there my new Rhinebeck friends! If you do Letho please let me know so I can knit along!! It’s on my list and doing it with you would be a blast!!
Hi Jenn! I’m trying to talk Claudia & Janet into knitting it soon. We will keep you posted. 😉
As I’m watching this on the west coast I am knitting Tutka thanks to Tammy wearing hers. I have Knitting for Olives and didn’t know what to make. Am loving the process.
Hi Karen! I hope you fall in love with it. 😍 I’ve worn mine several times already. Cheers! 🧶🍷

Enjoyed your podcast once again! Hey I need to make a baby gift and love the baby blanket. How many skeins did you get of the Bernat Baby Yarn for the Chunky Weave Blanket?
Hi Donna, I used almost 5 full 100 gram skeins of the Bernat yarn for the blanket and it is a nice size. Happy knitting! 😀🧶🍷
Is the Bentley cardigan advanced beginner / first sweater/ friendly? I really like it.
I just want to say if you really like it, check out the ravelry page and I'd worry less about it being beginner friendly and take the plunge! You tube is your friend and instructor on all things knittery. If you like a challenge that is. It was actually pretty simple. The neckline is shaped with backwards loop cast on and the little cluster stitches were very easy. Go for it! 😉
FYI-Yarn Hero couldn’t make it to Rhinebeck-she came down with Covid. ☹️
Thank you for the information. I'm so sorry she couldn't make it. I hope she's feeling better.
