      @DIDYOUSEETHAT172 6 місяців тому

      @@jonathanjohnson3846 The oil is more concentrated in the alpha-linolenic acid. Omega 3, and needs to be cold pressed organic. Organic Flax seeds may have more health benefits from the soluble fiber, vitamins, nutrients. If taking the flax seed, its better to buy the whole seed and grind it in small quantities. I buy the whole organic, store in the fridge, and use a coffee / spice grinder to grind enough for a couple days, and store in the fridge in a thick freezer bag. Once ground the meal starts to oxidize rapidly. Also if taking medications always check for drug interactions.

    Can you have a neurosurgeon discuss adults with encephalomalacia and gliosis sometime? I know there is no cure & can’t be reversed, but I heard there is a surgery that can be done if they find the underlying cause or even something to the softening tissue. I’m assuming to help symptoms or prolong life? Idk. And my neurologist is just focused on my encephalomalacia and sending me to a Neuropsychologist (I was like I see a psychiatrist. She said they are not regular psychologists & that they treat people with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, Parkinson’s and so forth). But I have other brain issues that I’ve had surgery for.
