Superb video. I have pain, tingling, and numbness in one hand. You spoke very clearly, and I hardly needed the Closed Captions. I appreciated that you showed us various versions of the movements, to suit our comfort level; and explained what would give more (or less) tension in the nerve glides. I will watch this over and over and do the movements until I memorize them and can do them on my own. I think these will help.

Thank you for this video. So helpful. I have tingling on my palm, on my thumb, index and middle finger. I found that radio nerve glide exercise relieve the tingling. Thank you again.

Thanks Dr. Candy. I wake up with pinkies that are numb and clear up once I get up. I will def try the third one to see if it helps.

Thank you Doctor, I’ve had two strokes. So any way I can get movement on my weak side. Some of your method help me.

It is possible to recover movement after a stroke, but to what extent you can recover depends on the severity of the stroke and how much and what parts of the brain are affected. Generally, longer it has been since the stroke, the harder it becomes to recover, so if you haven't already, it would be a good idea to see a neurological physical therapy specialist. Good luck!

Hi Dave thank you very much for the tips. I have compressed nerves in the neck due to push bike accidents, trauma, bulging, thin discs etc. How can I create space with exercises? Thanks.

Hello, I’ve been experiencing this when I sleep thru out the night til morning. I’ve been trying to stop sleeping on my left side but it’s really hard. Would you recommend to stop lifting weights til it resolves? I’ve been getting this off and on.

I can't make a recommendation on the weightlifting without having evaluated the case. However, if it mostly happens after sleeping, here's a video with pillow positions and morning stretches that may help: ua-cam.com/video/OGNO1pwKeJs/v-deo.html

What we need are the exercise not taking.

Was diagnosed with TOS and did PT but it had no effect. Tingling is in my r thumb on outside top area around the nail. How long would PT take? 69yr old here. I did nerve glides and some 'getting a tip" PT

The question would be where the issue is coming from. Just the right thumb alone correlates the C6 nerve root from the neck, but it could also be a smaller peripheral branch of the radial nerve closer to the wrist, hand, or thumb. Here's a video on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome that may give you some insights, but as to how long it takes, that varies by person and condition. ua-cam.com/video/pM9cJQD7vcU/v-deo.html Good luck!
