BRUSCHETTA NORDICA WITH INTRIGO ROSSO

Intrigo Rosso, of the Tolardo Severino Winery, is made from Raboso and Merlot grapes.
Its color is bright red with violet reflections, the aroma is intense, vinous with delicate hints of black cherry and berries.
The taste is sweet, intense, lively, tannic. It should be served fresh at a temperature of 8/10°. We have combined it with a slice of rye bread, called here perhaps improperly "bruschetta", with other ingredients that we let you discover yourself with the video viewing.😉
