Doctor, I just want to thank you for your content. Thanks to your videos and my Dexcom G7 sensor I lowered my sugar from 300+ to around 112-130 daily. I am in range 97% of the time for two months now. Yes, you say some conflicting things in your videos sometimes, but who is perfect in this world? Overall, you made me understand that I simply eat too much and my portions don't need to be so big. Also, rice, potato, bread, and anything related to wheat is poison for a diabetic. It's so easy to say but so hard to do. But if I could do it, then anyone can! I lowered my weight from 191lbs to 182lbs and hopefully I can avoid stroke, and heart disease. Again, thank you so much doctor for all your hard work. Not many medical professionals tell the truth on UA-cam.

Those unhealthy salads mirror the same concept as people who assume they’re gonna choose the fish and chips as being a healthy option….🤦‍♂️
Great videos keep it up doc!

Almond and spinach salad remind me of how Liam hemsworth got kidney stones, spinach and almond smoothies. Both almonds and spinach crazy high in oxolates.

@d_e_a_n Indeed they are! Moderation is key, and you can also balance out high oxalate foods with low oxalate options. Thanks for reminding us!

    • @SugarMDs

Haha 😅 @Erin-Thor, Sorry to break it to you, but not all versions of ranch are created equal. Some are high in sugar and unhealthy fats. Opt for healthier versions, or make your own with healthier ingredients!
