Amazing renders of the iconic ships and incredible angles to allow us to take in every bit of each version. The music is perfect and accentuates each ship so well. Masterful work!
As a 60's trek fan i loved Voyager, the NX class (Archer) and the original Enterprise. First time i saw the hybrid NX, NCC-1701 Enterprise. Seriously well done. Back in the 60's watching a cancelled show i could not even imagine this vid. Brian you are a god, thank you. What could be
Great video. Love seeing all the Enterprises in lineup. Especially love seeing the NX Refit included. Great use of transition effects too. And I never realized how intricate the Ambassador Class’ deflector dish was before this video. Can’t wait to see the Odyssey class Enterprise F in action with the rest of the Enterprise Fleet.
Loving the close-ups, where you can see textures in the renderings (great job, BTW!) and in just watching how the progression of the ships' designs change with each "generation"; it's truly a sight to see!! To steal a line from another well-known franchise, let me just say... "FANTASTIC"!!
The detail...the NX- Refit...thankyou and your slow pass around the Connie Refit and the detail of the Ambassador Enterprise must have been exhausting! You made me wish to be in them all! Thankyou!
I know most people are going to be like "OH we only seen the F for a short time." in the show yes, in Star Trek Online however the Enterprise NCC 1701-F is quite the influence in a number of missions, along with her Captain. I think that's my only disappointment here is that there is no F, but otherwise, pretty good.
@@pyronuke4768 I fully agree on that for sure. a fan created enterprise made cannon... and it gets a short view on screen and then written off. such a beautiful ship. could of gotten so many more years and became and icon, instead we get skipped and the titan becomes the enterprise.... it could of been its own hero ship much like the Defiant, Voyager etc...
The only one you're missing is the Phase II Enterprise. If ya gotta include the Archer refit Enterprise, it's only fair to give Phase II a chance. It is the most overlooked version of the Enterprise. I love the sense of scale, though, the subtle interior shots really help with the immersion of a flyby of a massive starship and the camera angle really helps to sell the illusion. It's easy to forget just how big these ships really are because there's no reference point in space. I would have skipped G, though, NuTrek is going through letters faster than there are shows to put them in, we barely got E and got no F, it's like they're trying their hardest to get to J without all the extra fluff in between. Everyone now is like "ooo, a new Enterprise!" and it's quickly forgotten six months later when they release yet another. It's like an Apple product now. That's my own personal opinion, though. And can we just appreciate the music for a moment? I heard all the great intros and while I never got to watch Voyager when it was current, the version of the intro music here was just epic and gave me that warm, fuzzy feeling inside.
I mean, tbf, we *did* get an F, but for barely any time, it was also in Picard S3. Luckily, if you want a lot of Enterprise F content, you can always go to Star Trek Online, which has really done a lot of detail with her, even if it mildly breaks canon.
@@brianlemley4260 Allow me another suggestion? The 'true' Enterprise-C..which Andy Probert sketched out at some point. I think Tobias Richter made a nice rendering of it, filling in the somewhat vague aft portions. Not only does it look waaaay better than the clunky, simplified form that made it to TV, but it makes the whole progression from Excelsior to Galaxy-class make more sense.
