The breakfast looked bangin I do love that pub never had food in there just a few pints...at this moment in time I'm up at edale rocks can't believe I've got reception bt as I always say steve super video again i did chuckle when you said fluffed my bag up sounds like something out of a porn film brilliant 👏 😂
Thanks Peter, that brekky in the Nags was well nice mate. I hope that you're had a top time up at Edale Rocks.👍 I did think about cutting the 'fluff' bit out, but decided to leave it n.🙂
Steve, maybe on one of these gradely group camps you could all give us a rendition of Ewan McColl's The Manchester Rambler.A few Kinder references in there and you being a Manchester lad it would be apt.
I don't think that it would be fair to inflict my singing voice on the general viewing public Mike.🤣 I'll mention that song to my Dad when I speak to him, he knows and likes a lot of those songs. Thanks for watching and for the interesting comment mate.👍
Nice to see those 3 tents so different but each with their strengths. If I had to pick one it would be your one, but as long as I didn't have to carry it up the hill 😂
There was some nice varieties of shelters there Lesley.👍 If I take my pegs out of the equation, as they're just a part of my rucksack now and are carried all the time, and also, the porch footprint, it weighs 2.61Kg. Which for a 2-person tent of this type of design, isn't too bad... or so I tell myself, lol. Thanks for watching.🙂
Nice one Steve, crikey you put away some horlicks/coffee in the morning. The size of that cup must be worth about three standard mugs. Good to see all of your tents. Dave seems really happy with his. You can definitely feel the season changing in that video. Atb 👍🏻
Cheers Gav, I was just making sure that I took on enough onboard fluids for the journey back to Edale.🙂 With the clocks going back at the end of this month, it'll feel like we've turned a season corner then mate.👍
@@HikingForHealth1 Cheers Gav, I'm going to take it out with me this week. I'm toying with the idea of also using the Polestar without it's inner, just the footprint, for a spot of Bivvy & Tarp (with a door) camping. I've been wanting to try this config out on the Polestar for ages, there's loads more room without the inner. Also, it's getting towards the end of October and this will probably be the last chance that I get to use it for a few months.👍
Great to see you out again mate, so do you prefer camping with friends over solo these days? How's that nice, new tent holding up? You'll appreciate that tent when the winter winds kick in, it inspires confidence and will be worth the extra weight.
Cheers Bri, I wouldn't choose to be honest. It's great to have company, but if I didn't have any, then I'd just go out on my own. Getting out is the main thing for me mate. The tent is great. Minus the pegs (which I l always carry now for any tent) and the porch footprint, I've got the weight down to 2.61Kg.👍 Thanks for watching mate.🙂
That looked a good value full English that 👍. It's really funny watching Dave and Kev putting you off videoing, I bet it's undeserved and something you wouldn't do to them. The Rascals. Rum and coffee, I never heard of that, but judging by both Kevs and your video, it was a success. Only one question, were the empty bottles Corona? Remember them with the bubble bit around their necks, god I'm old!!! Loved the video as always pal 👍
That breakfast was nice Paul, the kind of thing that I'd like to eat at the end of the day. I also remember those pop bottles.🙂 Thanks for watching mate.👍
Cheers Steve 🍻🏕️🙏❤️😊
Thanks Dave. Great company mate.👍🥲

Great video as always. I can't work out where that path begins that you took down to The Nab 🤔
Thanks for watching Maxine.🙂
That path coming down, starts behind and from the left of Ringing Rodger (from the edge path). 👍
@Hengists_Wild_Camps oh great thanks i know where you mean 👍. Will try it out next time I'm up there as i always go via the Nab 👍🥾🎒
