You should try the “two” ingredient naan bread. One with sour cream, another with Greek yogurt, one with regular yogurt, and one with non dairy yogurt just to see the differences in texture and taste :)

As for your comment, that's a great suggestion. In India, we make naan with full fat whole milk yogurt, so that'd be very interesting to see.

Or if you have any suggestions I would be ever so appreciative! I would like to see if I were to make the yogurt from scratch if I wouldn't have any reaction... Its the pasteurizing process that I am technically allergic to. No other dairy product makes me sick. I get horrible migraines then have blacked out from the pain. I have suffered from migraines since 6 yrs old but the ones from eating yogurt are on another level. 😵

Hi Emmy! When I was young my mom made a savory French toast you should try (she just called it egg bread) Omit all the sweet ingredients and mix your eggs with whole milk, salt, pepper, and a dash of paprika. Pan fry as normal, and serve with a thin coat of mayo! So good!!
Just FYI, I found a table top burner like yours at Target a couple years ago and I think it was around $20. They're great to use and so convenient. We use ours while camping as well as at home when needed.
When making french toast I pour vanilla in the dish first then add the cinnamon and stir, then add rest of ingredients. That way you don't get little blobs of cinnamon. Love your channel, you make everything look so good and tasty. I also enjoy your bubbly personality, so fun to watch. Keep up the good work.
Just popped a couple of loaves of Ice Cream Bread in the oven...1 plain and 1 purple raspberry (used my home-grown royal purple raspberry syrup in the ice cream). AND you come up with French Toast. Awesome!

French toast is awesome! In our house we make peanut butter and honey sandwiches pinch the crusts together then treat them like french toast. Nothing better than warm peanut butter filled french toast. It works with alot of different fillings, nutella and fruit, ham and cheese, PBJ, jelly and whipped cream cheese, Bacon and sausage work too.
The french toast you made does look great and having the maple syrup on it does make it even better and that is a dish I could enjoy making and eating using the ice cream.

It's be awesome if you made your own maple syrup! Did you know you can tap other trees in a similar way like walnut and pecan trees and reduce it into syrup. Always wanted to try it myself as the forest around my house has many black walnut trees!
growing up we called it pan purdue. my mema would make it every sunday for my dad and my aunts and uncles when they were kids. they would save all their bread ends all week (she had 16 kids, they went through a ton of bread) and they would make it every sunday. they wouldn't make it too sweet (had to ration the sugar) and it was eaten plain with no syrup or anything. my dad kept the tradition alive when i was a kid, and i plan on keeping up the tradition with my future kids.

Why is it that french toast seems to come out good on the first time but the first pancake is using practice? It looks good! Don't know why im even saying this or why pop in my mind but when plating the toast ya should've done it opposite the sprinkles in the white due it being plain woyld have made bread pop more and the white on the greyish plate, for better "staging effect"... and what if ya zoomed out or put the camera a bit farther away to get the whole counter so ya wouldn't have to keep moving it, just a thought.
