Would the cream alone be enough to make a foam in the siphon?-without the addition of the espy a powder it would just be quite unstable, wouldn’t it-but maybe stable enough to serve right away?
@@sunnylu00it’s a powder containing some sort of protein and a few types of sugars. It’s basically a thickener/ bonding agent which helps to keep espumas stable
Could gelatin be substituted for the last ingredient? Apologies for my ignorance, but I have never heard of that ingredient before. I have gelatin (powder and sheets) on hand and would love to be able to use that if possible.
