I'm using this meditation in a shifting method, and I actually got a shifting symptom for the first time in months, this was really motivating, thank you
I truly have never gotten anything out of meditation. I have done many, and I can barely do 5 minutes, it’s excruciating. My brain just can’t focus and i’m too anxious to let myself submit and relax. But I decided to try and find one to help set an intention for my Ketamine Infusion. It’s really important to do and my past few sessions i just couldn’t get myself there: my intention was hard to focus on and really broad. But this. I made it to all 16:59 seconds not once wanting to stop. I have NEVER found meditation helpful but this one brought me to tears. I have such a perfect intention to go into my next session with and I feel so grounded and present. Thank you so much for this, this is a massive step in my mental health recovery and one of the best tools i have now 💓💓
I have been using this meditation almost everyday for about two weeks. It is the most lovely soothing and empowering meditation, I have ever had recommended to me. It is definitely helping me to focus on EXACTLY what I want rather than what I DON'T want. Where you focus your mind, you will grow in your life. I have practiced meditation for many years and this meditation is one of the best. Many times we focus on what we don’t want in life, always judging others. It’s so true that focusing on our intentions, our values we’ll feel joy, love and peace and be successful in any part of our life. Judgements , criticism on others don’t bring any results to us. This was very helpful yet it seems more like hypnosis than a meditation. I would’ve liked a portion of it with just background music to connect more fully with my internal guidance system during the process.

Amazing, I really felt amazing, I'm trying to get rid of the mistakes we both made in a connection, and to bring forgiveness and healing in it and I had a powerful imagery coming in, it was omg amazing, I'm convinced it worked.
This was truly, TRULY, one of the best meditations I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience and is probably my main go to from now on, for a while. At some point during the meditation something told me “this is the perfect meditation,” and that was quite literally the only thought I was observing, and maybe having, for probably the rest of the meditation. Which was cool. It may also be that where I’m currently at in my journey, that every single aspect of this meditation did, and said, exactly for me what is reflected in my recent thoughts and reality. It’s difficult to articulate what I mean, but it felt like my actual reality, and thought concepts, that I’ve been creating as of recent were speaking back to me. I’m blown away. This meditation was an actual ALIGNMENT for me right now ironically enough. Not a synchronicity, a literal alignment of my current state of being in this moment. Essentially, I’m saying thank you for this, Mindful Movement. ☀️ I am very very grateful to to have crossed paths with this meditation you created. This was beautiful, motivating, empowering, authentic, moving, actual pure healthy bright confidence, on top of being loving and nourishing all through it. This meditation that I have just now come across was brilliant. Thank you. The clear difference defined between intentions and goals was really significant for me today, reminding me to not get too attached to outcome, but appreciate and value the importance of the journey, of who I am being on a consistent basis.

This meditation helped me a lot, even more than the yesterday one! During the last years I started working on myself and meditating, so that day after day I became more aware of myself, of my strengths and weaknesses; the latter are, for me, only those that in some ways contrast with the way I want to live, and the main example is my being lazy and a procrastinator. I'd love to do thousands things every day; i begin some of them, but then I realize how much commitment is required to continue and finish them and I get distracted, so at the end of the day I did perhaps one third of the minimum I wanted to do. This is why my intention for this meditation was being committed, both when I have and especially when I want to do something. Like some weeks ago, when I was walking somewhere in my town and I saw a lovely street that goes up a hill. I told myself "ehi, I want to see how it is!", so I changed my direction and began the walk. But after few meters I realized I was already tired: it's a hill after all, what did I expect? I thought it was better to go back to the main road, but a part of myself decided that the street in front of me was like all those goals I daily set and then leave dying on my to do list, so I kept going until I reached the middle of the street. It was lovely as I thought. I was too tired and sweat to climb the whole hill, but I was proud because I didn't give up too early. I think this meditation is the best to listen to when you decide to climb your own hill. Thank you!

I used this last night to shift and this is the first meditation that I didn't really had any intrusive thoughts and I felt relaxed. When it finished I did the sunny method (I did this method for first time) and fell asleep while doing it😅 , BUT I had lucid dream that I shifted to my MCU dr. It's the closest I've ever gotten to actually shifting. I will update if I actually shift with this. (Also, I'm sorry if there are any typos or grammar mistakes, but English isn't my first language and I'm still learning).

I listen to mindfulness meditation afternoon and evening at bedtime. I’m disabled, los my father, husband and mother in three months my mother five days after my husband. Since then I had lower back and neck operations hooks on opiates then one day be considered chronic pain next kicked out the dr. office no meds so ran to herion . I’m glad I have stumbled on meditation has medical marijuana and workman’s Comp stop paying for it. Cuttt offf that too. Would love to talk to Sara? Thanks for all the meditations.

I love this meditation! I've done it at least 30 times. One ask tho: the breaths seem quite short for me and have different lengths. The second inhale seems much shorter than the others and it throws me off balance every time. I am the only one who experiences this?

For me, the best guided meditations are the ones where the guide doesn't use the session to teach because it takes the practitioner away from the meditative process. It should be pure guided meditation. Lessons should be separate.
How can I have no expectations as she stated in the meditation, yet I am setting an intent? I'm setting an intent for expectations of a better out come. So that completely mad no sense to me. I stopped it there because in my mind that was just confusing.
I've been meditating for years. Some days I can get right into the zone within seconds. And some days I can't get there no matter how hard I try. Just be patient and keep trying.
