  • In this video I have explained the iliopsoas muscle and the anatomy of the hip. I focused on explaining the origin of psoas major and psoas minor as well as iliacus muscle.

    Thank you very much, I knew I was in pain but didn't know how and now I do. I hurt my lower back but now my inner leg hurts and I see it's all connected. And now I need to find out how to stop it from hurting.

      here's several ideas for relieving hip flexors pain quickly
      Slowly build up to walking 3 miles daily
      Try an anti-inflammatory diet
      Consider trying yoga lessons
      Lookup some online courses
      (I learned these and the reasons they work from Fergs pain ease site )

    This video is so useful. Thanks! Your pronunciation of the "th" sound makes it difficult to understand some key parts, though. Specifically, you pronounce "thigh" "tight," your "th" becomes a "t". Try putting your tongue between you're teeth and blow (like when saying an f) or vibrate (like when saying a v). The "th" in "thigh" is the blowing pronunciation. It is unvoiced. "Thigh" is pronounced "Th-eye."
