Well explained & good pacing, such that i could think it through as you spoke. I facilitate Tension Release Exercises as per David Berceli & your explanation of how the muscles work really clarified how the TRE activates the Iliopsoas. I will refer others to your cite, as it was so clearly presented. Thanks again.

This video is so useful. Thanks! Your pronunciation of the "th" sound makes it difficult to understand some key parts, though. Specifically, you pronounce "thigh" "tight," your "th" becomes a "t". Try putting your tongue between you're teeth and blow (like when saying an f) or vibrate (like when saying a v). The "th" in "thigh" is the blowing pronunciation. It is unvoiced. "Thigh" is pronounced "Th-eye."
Thank you. Now I know what my angry psoas muscle looks like.

Nice Wideo 😂
wait! you develop this software? you look like you're 15. 😲😲😲
When pronouncing "psoas" the "p" is silent :-)
It's also buttocks not buttstocks. That one made me giggle, but good info. I love the graphics.
The concept and animation is brilliant, but in my opinion, the voice is very nasal and difficult to listen to.
