How do you thaw it ??

You thaw like you would any frozen item. Ideally, look to remove a day ahead and place it into the fridge and then remove the fridge a little before feeding. You can also consider getting a defrosting tray which can speed up defrost timing. Hope this helps!

Do you feed it cold or warm it up once thawed?

you can do either or depends on your dogs preference my dogs eat it straight from the fridge, it warms up a little as I prep it in the bowl with other supplements.
The one negative of warming it up is that the dog can become conditioned to warm food so be cautious with it, I prefer to warm up only on occasion or as a fun "special treat".
